Picked up the red performance that is in the background in your video and I also used your check list. Can't wait to see the accessories your listing. Did you enjoy the delivery experience with this Service Center? I was not happy with the lack of service... but the car is fantastic....
I think the rear end looks great on any color but white. Looks like lobster claws on white. Front in is solid, however, I prefer the legacy headlights. I think a slight mod to the legacy headlights would have been better than changing it completely.

My endorphins were in track mode when I picked up my first Tesla ever a month ago. 2024 Tesla model 3 RWD in Ultra Red. Never going back to a gas car again. Congrats on your ride brodie! It's a beauty. BTW, you're much taller than you appear in your other videos lol.

I would like to get one, but I am coming from a 2018 lrm3. I prefer a more compact car so would not get an S. Does the ceramic coating on seats change the “feel “. I test drove the Highland and did not have any problems in the day I had hit. The tail lights comment …. I will look for that. I am not planning to get it too soon , since still love my 2018 a ton. My charge port cover also sticks out a bit ,but does not really bother me.

How are RUclipsrs trading in and getting a new Tesla every year or 2 without getting killed financially?
That's what I'm wondering? He's talkin' about a couple more being delivered and then a Model Y next year after refresh. Geez, and I was proud to buy my M3rwd at 57 with 28 years at my job.
Put it like this…a RUclips video that hits 1 million views typically gets around 7k…now that might seem like a lot of views, but also think about the amount of videos…50k here, 35k there, 100k on one etc…and the fact he’s doing Tesla stuff on RUclips, you gotta keep upgrading your game or at the very least borrowing the car from a friend etc.

Some states have so many pos rebates/credits that it pretty much eats up all the 1st year of depreciation. For example, over here in NJ I can get about 15k in savings. Other states offer even more

Just realized why most people are getting the Stealth Grey. Because if you get any other color it automatically puts the price over 55K then the vehicle does not qualify for the $7500 federal tax credit. That's anywhere from $8500 or an extra $9500 for the Red. Super lame.

Congrats! When I pulled up the hazard lights started flashing on the car to let me know where it was. It's my first Tesla and I didn't get a walk-through or a FSD demo.

How would you compare the M3P to the MYP as far as comfort and handling?
I haven’t spent enough time behind the Ys new comfort suspension to give an accurate comparison
The Y new suspension is pretty comfortable now so I would think that they are very close in ride experience
really want the red but not sure if theyll ever lower the price of the M3P
for the volume it could be even more louder and more bass on the screen where you see the volume click one of those arrow keys then click the 3 lines then raise all the 3 lines to the top to 8.0 db
I saw an article where the steering wheel will be replaced if your turn signal stick like that

I have a friend that ordered a new Model X. It just came in this week. She was so excited to get it. Unfortunately there were so many things wrong with it she had to refuse to take it. The Telsa lady didn't care one way or the other. She said someone else with buy it. lol.

You should ask for a few months of free charging for that launch. It never hurts to ask; the right person may pull some strings and make it happen. 😅

Pose one question on RUclips regarding the Tesla and you will be inundated with positive commercials. While many owners tout the lack of oil changes. They fail to mention the tires on the car which require rotation after 10 thousand miles, because of the weight of the vehicle and need to be replaced at 15 thousand miles. Again because of the weight.
5 oil changes in 15 thousand miles at 50 dollars a change costs 250 dollars. Four Tesla tires cost 16 hundred dollars.
Another annoying thing is if you get a flat. You have to call them where they either substitute your tire until it's fixed or replace it. Either way, both scenarios cost Tesla owners 280 dollars for the repair or 480 for a new tire. That's using their roadside service.
Another thing not mentioned is the reliability factor as listed by JD power. Lexus and Toyota came in at 1 and 2 out of 31. Tesla came in at 26 meaning that you'll probably be making many trips back to the service department during its warranty period.

Just experienced the worst delivery of my life. The delivery service people treated my wife like a 2nd class citizen. I am shocked at how bad this went, the car had an obvious defect that you could see walking up to it. They let us drive 3 hours to look at a car that was clearly not worth taking. This experience was so bad that I am debating canceling my Model 3 Performance order that is in the hopper. Yes, I am sure no one cares and the next person in line will benefit, but I feel slightly better letting the world know that not even 2 pages into Jeremiah's checklist and this Model Y had failed in multiple places.

The manufacturing rejected steering wheels for the Model S/X might have ended in the Model 3 refresh.
So what was your order date ? And what’s your state again? Ordered 4/27 in NC and not a VIN in sight. So frustrating.
Jeremiah, I picked my 2024 Tesla Model 3 Performance on June 10th, and you do get 30 free days, but you are given the option for FSD, but you don't have to use it.
How long was your wait?

I had the same tailight issue with my highland model 3. I took the car into service and they changed the tailight. It GOT a bit better but still not completely flush
I haven't had any issues with the turn signals on my 2024 Model 3 LR. You have to have your finger on the button fully. You cannot just poke at it.

Driver seat for both 3 and Y are offset v passenger seat and technically not centered to steering wheel. Most BMW’s have historically done the same. Optimal positioning…

I really wish I would have waited to buy a 2024 M3P. I have a 2023 M3P that I bought last September. Now, I am on the fence of buying a new or buying a used S Plaid. Waiting to see if Tesla actually unlocks the new M3P to it's true potential!
Sorry to hear your turn buttons are sticking, I've heard that from other owners. Myself, my buttons on my RWD have bee flawless after 2000 miles.

Back in the day when u had ur previous model 3 performance and u reviewed I had model 3 rwd and wasn’t able to get the m3p coz it’s was too expensive , later when I wanted to get m3p it was unavailable so I ended up getting a model s LR instead today m3p and I am again looking at ur video 😂
I test drove a 2023 Model 3 Performance and the interior is plastic junk but it is fast!
Any new buyers watching this - make sure you utilize that checklist… Tesla may have improved their build quality on this model, but it’s still Tesla… 😂

The turn signals are not haptics they are physical buttons. You just have to press them in the right spot usually center or they won't work on occasion. I have the refreshed M3 LR and I've run into this rarely it's a non issue
There has been some confusion online with people not knowing what force feedback is and confusing it with a physical actuation. I’m not sure if LR owners have physical buttons or just confused but the buttons on my performance are capacitive with a force touch feedback not physical. The same was true with the base i drove.
Edit: it is an issue and has been reported by other people, not just me.

Eagerly waiting for my M3P delivery but seriously thinking of just getting a used Plaid under $65k ! Drove a Plaid for a week as a loaner and now everything feels so damn slow!
Yeah i hate to bring up plaid with so many people excited and eagerly awaiting delivery of their new 3P but this car very much feels slow in comparison. And it’s not even like you can say “oh but the plaid is 150k” anymore, it’s not even double new and less than 20 used. Insurance isn’t that’s much higher either. Had they updated the interior with lighting and front bumper cam, this would be a plaid delivery day and I’d pick up the refreshed MYP next year.
Jeremiah thanks for sharing great work as always- I am enjoying my new Model Y LR and have already saved $3200 in gas savings since January 2024 after 11,000 miles of driving- I am looking to replace my other ICE car since gas is $4.50 a gallon here in Southern California and am looking at the Model 3 performance same specs as yours to qualify for the $7500 IRS POS DEDUCTION- however I like the Ultra Red color but that color doesn’t qualify for the rebate as it pushes it over $55,000 - so I think I will stay with the Stealth Grey and white interior which is included now to qualify for the $7500 discount and maybe down the road apply a PPE in ultra red if I get tired of the Grey color 😅

My question is why they say model Y long rage 330 miles on sale time. If I can't give 100% charge. If i give 100% charg the battery lose.that means the remaining 20% is fake.
