The US Constitution allows Congress to pass Law in context to copyright.

I think the best solution is to limit free streaming to selective songs from albums, or EP's/singles. My Dad told me a story earlier today about a time when his friend hosted a party at the house, he was drunk and decided to go take a piss in a bush in Steven’s backyard.
