Ya but it’s a day late and a dollar short. I have been sending Brian many emails over the last 9 years. Telling him get real on Trudeau. He defended him up until the last while.
I came to Canada as a refugee from Iran. I am a proud Persian-Canadian, but above all, I am Canadian. I no longer call myself Iranian because Canada is my home. I didn’t choose to become Canadian,I was given the opportunity, and I consider myself incredibly lucky. This country saved my life, gave me freedom, and allowed me to build a future with a good job, education, and a family. I owe everything to Canada, and I am fiercely proud of the values this nation stands for, or once stood for. However, since Justin Trudeau became Prime Minister, I can’t help but feel that our freedoms and the very essence of what makes Canada great are slipping away. I fled a dictatorship in Iran seeking liberty and democracy, but the policies under Trudeau are starting to resemble the same authoritarianism I left behind. Where is the freedom Canada once promised? Where is the strength, the pride, and the commitment to protecting its citizens above all else? We need to bring back freedom to this country, true freedom. The kind of freedom that respects individual rights, rewards hard work, and ensures that Canada remains a beacon of hope in the world. This is a country that welcomed people like me, who embraced its culture and values. Yet, today, we see an erosion of what makes Canada unique. Our culture, our traditions, and our way of life are being diluted by uncontrolled immigration and policies that prioritize globalist agendas over national interests. Canada must put itself first. We are not a mosaic of fragmented cultures; we are one united nation, a Canadian nation. Immigrants who come here must adopt our values, embrace our culture, and work to become part of our Canadian identity. This is not a place for people to bring their old divisions and impose them on us. If people come to Canada, they must become Canadian, not try to turn this country into the one they left behind. We must strengthen immigration policies to ensure that only those who truly want to be Canadian, who respect our values and culture, and who are ready to contribute positively to our society are allowed in. Let’s make Canada a land of opportunity for those who are willing to embrace what it means to be Canadian, freedom, democracy, equality, and unity. I urge those in power to protect this great nation. Stop pandering to globalists and socialist ideologies that weaken Canada’s foundation. Restore our freedoms, safeguard our culture, and prioritize the interests of Canadians. This country gave me everything, and I am forever grateful. Let’s fight to preserve it for future generations. Canada first, always. I can’t stop asking myself: why aren’t millions of people rising up in peaceful demonstrations against Trudeau, Jagmeet Singh, and their harmful policies? Why aren’t Canadians standing together for true capitalism, for freedom, and for the values that define us as a nation? Have we grown so weak that we shrug off injustice with the passive refrain, “It is what it is”? No! It is not what it is, it is what we demand it to be. We must demand freedom. We must demand a country that thrives at the top, a nation that inspires pride, strength, and excellence. Under Justin “Castro” Trudeau, our nation is declining at the speed of light. If we do not stand up now,if we do not peacefully resist his reckless leadership and policies-we will lose everything that makes Canada great. I long for the day when Pierre Poilievre prosecutes Justin Trudeau, Chrystia Freeland, and their allies for their unconstitutional actions during the Freedom Convoy. The invocation of the Emergencies Act was a grave misuse of power, a direct assault on the rights of our brave truckers and patriots who stood up for freedom. Those responsible for this betrayal of our democracy must be held accountable. Trudeau, Freeland, and their collaborators in the NDP deserve to face justice for their actions. Let us not forget: without the courage of truckers, we might not have the freedom we still cling to today. It is time for Canadians to rise, peacefully but powerfully, and reclaim our nation. We must fight for our country, for our future, and for our freedom. The time to act is now.
So instead of fleeing the country- the ones that are stuck here, the Canadians, will roll up our sleeves and get the job done.🇨🇦💯 Fight for our country and beliefs. It’s time.

My suggestion is work with the US on energy (keystone) and stop people from illegally crossing into the US. Those are the 2 biggest issues that Americans voted on.
Which is funny because more illegals come to Canada through the American border than vice versa and the majority of illegals that did come from Canada into the USA go through legal points of entry and overstay their visas....so If that's what trump wants he needs to secure his side of the border stricter Visa handouts, harsher punishments for overstaying. Canada needs to work on our side because it's like 25k a month coming from the USA and its 21k coming from the Canada in 10 months. Which is worse🤔
@@toedrag-releasethat is not true and you know that. Both illegal and legal immigration is a ten to one Canada to the US. Canada allows people to fly into their country who otherwise would not be allowed in and then walk into the US. The US doesn’t do that in reverse.
With all respect to Mr. Trump: How about guns smuggling from the US to Canada? Maybe in our mutual interest we should work together on both sides of the border by reinforcing the borders to facilitate trade and tourism and stop crimes?
Good work Brian! Our present mindless Dictator 🤡 doesn't know this and neither does Dominic Leblanc our new "Finance Minister?" (dud) ..if they did they would have said so during the Mar A' Lago Dinner. Donald should have invited Brian the Brain Lilley 🤔 to talk instead. 💪🇨🇦
The US doesn't subside Canada. However, Canada subsidizes the US by selling crude oil to them at a preferred lower price. That'll be worth megabillions, alone.
If they're paying for our defense and have been for YEARS (literally decades at this point), then they are subsidizing Canada. We spent money that should have gone toward NATO armaments on our social services, all while assuming the US would still come to our defense if needed. The tariffs he's proposing are essentially a protectorate tax. Once you view it that way, there is no other way to describe it other than a subsidy.
All NATO countries by paying up to 2% or more of their GDP towards defence are basically subsidizing the American military industrial complex and the American elite. The money spent by those countries would be better spent pursuing and developing additional military related production and facilities in their own countries. Trump does not care about NATO or their militaries the 2% is just a means or extorting hundreds of billions of dollars yearly
Don't fool yourself. Canada is the USA's northern buffer zone. Anything coming will come over the north. By working with Canada they protect themselves. No one wants to nuke Canada. You can say they are paying for our defense but they are really using Canada out of there own self interest. There is no subsidizing. It's Trump stirring the pot. Don't fall for his BS like most Americans did.
Canada cannot function without selling to the US so its not incorrect that Canada is subsidized by the US. The US buys hundreds of billions of dollars from Canada because the Canadian government is not capitalistic it is a socialist economy that cannot exist without a capitalist funding it. The truth is in front.
We have 60 billion in national debt. The USA has 36 trillion. We have the upper hand here. 99% of all natural gas imported to the USA comes from Canada. 60% of all oil imports to the USA comes from Canada. The majority of their lumber comes from Canada, etc. That's just the icing on the cake. Btw, I like Trump but I think this time he's being very stupid. This will backfire on him asap if we decide to play hardball with his admin.
I so hope that somebody that he trusts will be able to disabuse the President-elect of this false notion about the nature of trade deficits. It's not "ripping off" but he keeps saying that.

NOT a successful billionaire...he is a 6 time bankrupt convicted felon.
Not a billionnaire a croock
Correct. Trump has been talking about NATO commitments since his first term and this guy and everybody else know it.
Canada cannot function without selling to the US so its not incorrect that Canada is subsidized by the US. The US buys hundreds of billions of dollars from Canada because the Canadian government is not capitalistic it is a socialist economy that cannot exist without a capitalist funding it. The truth is in front.
Draft dodger trump complaining about defense, what a fool
Yeah...I was wondering how we were being subsidized.
The U.S. is closing in on 340 million people. Canada has 41 million people. Of course the U.S. is going to consume more.
That's a bit harsh what about Celine Dion and Will Farrell 😂😂
