I have it and love it! Way easier to assemble than most, this one you can genuinely do by yourself in less than an hour and the fact that it comes with lights already is so convenient

I have 3 detolf and i use them for painted wargaming minis, so ive added some shelves using cable bolts and acrylic shelves, and ran my own led strips. Still looking for a replacement option with glass shelves that are adjustable in height and number.
I was looking for a detolf to display my 1/6 scale figures but saw Ikea discontinued it and didn't like the newer version they replaced it with (I believe its called a blaliden) I'm happy as hell to come across your video!!! @@johnmcclane2139 I’ll check the manual but I don’t believe it says. What size statues? The shelves are very sturdy and they aren’t glass so should be fine
@@BigHeroVince Thanks for answering my questions. A couple more if you don't mind. Looks like the shelves are not adjustable but can you leave out the top and bottom shelves? Where are the light strips located? Front, middle, or back of the shelf? How much weight can the shelves support?

I still prefer the almost frameless Detolf, too bad didn't know it's discontinued before I could have stocked them up

No, for the figures? They don't really slip... you can see I barely use stands.

I just looked at the reviews and saw a picture from a customer where they used it to store rocks. I'm sure any statue would be fine.
