21:55 I love how the Avatar just full sends the allied Warlock into the enemy team 😅
AH SHI-
Fly me closer I want to shank them with my spear.
DRIVE ME CLOSER I WANT TO HIT THEM WITH MY SWORD!!!
That's "leaping into combat" for ya
Not sure which was more annoying, Reprobate whining about something being OP every time he simply lost an engagement (while his team was winning) or Thomas just being a toxic ass…
Anytime Reprobate loses a fight "{insert any race} op as fuk."
Seen that before.
Yeah while his team is winning, I’m sure that’s fun to play against 🙄
Led by a powerful Warlock, the Eldar have seized a major Imperial City. They seek to cast a powerful spell to conceal their Craftworld from other threats, with the hapless Imperial civilians as expendable sacrifices. For 3 months they hold the city, annihilating all attempts to relieve it. However as their ritual nears completion new challengers appear - the mighty Space Marines.
Ah here you again lore master. I welcome you thee.
I love how the avatar totally dodged an eldritch whilst inside of it.
@@raymundlopez3726 Hardly a loremaster, Eldar don't use sacrifices for their rituals lmao that's a Chaos thing
@@Poggle_der_Geringere Not unless... He came from the cult of tzeench
@@Poggle_der_GeringereI think the sacrifice part is more like acceptable casualties. They don't need them to die for the ritual, but having them live is an annoyance.
Great to see ol Asmon still active and kickin ass with his Eldar play
Space marines doubled up the lane without a VP. Molek was under massive pressure didn't get a lot of help
Yeah got to agree with him. If anything Thomas failed to push despite having 2 armies on his side most of the time (also didn't get any anti-melee up, no Assault Term, no Term FC, no Thunderhammer despite facing like 2 Seer squards)
@@e21big Thomas was the best player on the SM team by far, and where was he supposed to push anyway? VP is bottom, Molek should've communicated with the mid instead of doing what he kept on doing. Again, if you're doubled you should make that known to your team, coordinate, and play as a unit.
@@wewuzkangz2505 he was the best player but he failed to press his advantage on the natural vp in teir 3 when eldar were depleted. I think sometimes the land raider gives a naturally defensive mindset, which is fair enough but in that case park it right in the middle of the map or on the contested vp. Space Marines were all tactics and no strategy!
@@treehugg3r86 He literally had the landraider in the middle of the map as you suggested, which isn't even the best play anyway. It really came down as it most often does to unit preservation, even if you're doubled you shouldn't be doing desperate pushes that lose you, squads.
It goes both way honestly, if you're doubling north and don't see two armies - an Eldar armies of all factions, you should probably be know they are doubling south.@@wewuzkangz2505
Thomas the Tilt Engine has no class.
He's a meme, don't let it get to you. He has "tilt engine" in his name. When he was playing under the name "Kitty Cat" he was unbearably nice. That's just his thing.
As long as his teammates are in on the joke. If not it's just... tilting. :)
Awesome game y'all. As always Indrid thank you for the cast good Sir!
Comments for the Comment Throne!!!
Love your casts man, keep up the good work! Orky style!😎
I don't know which for sure is the most OP, but as an Eldar main, everytime I play as SM, it feels like turning on easy mode. You can just walk in and walk out from engagements and unless you're stupid you have little chance of losing model. I find it takes tangible team skill difference lvl in 3v3 for Eldar to win the match up vs SM. it's quite noticeable here with at least one of the SM playing "off race" and players complaining about coordination.
I think its the nature of the army. Sm early game is abbysmal and if its not, its extremely power hungry. Compare that to the eldar who have a very powerful early and mid game with heroes that have battlefield swinging powers. Its only natural that in later tiers marines become more menacing since there is their swing points along with their armies leveling and population reaching critical mass which is harder for them to do.
@@georgetheodoratos1397 I agree with you on that. What I meant is mostly that being an Eldar main, I have to constantly be very careful about bleed and unit wipes. When I play SM I can waltz in with a move, activate easy "semi passive" abilities, inflict bleed and get out unscathed. I only get punished if I massively overextend and play stupid. But with Eldar, I'm always on edge at risk of easy retreat wipes. Hence why I'm arguing that to me it's not that Eldar are op. It's that for Eldar to win, the skill differential necessary is such that Eldar players will screw over the SM players and "appear" op when really it's just the SM player doing crap he shouldn't be doing and if he actually played with just equal skill as the Eldar player he would eventually destroy them
eldar are considered somewhat weak at the moment while marines are one of the top 3v3 races
with eldar we're trying to get them to a place where ranger spam doesn't frustrate players in 3s, and we want to give dark reapers a role in their roster to bolster tier 3
but we're at least a few weeks away from patch as we have a lot of other stuff in the works
@@jcloiseau Yeh agreed. So often see a TAC squad down to 100hp or less with NO model losses. So much damage inflicted for no gain and no eco/attrition loss to SM.
Meanwhile every 2 bullets they kill a nid/ork/eldar unit, gaining xp and causing eco damage. It adds up over the game till they start steam rolling with leveled up units and superior eco.
Remember guys. This is a faction war format which is an artificially created condition that is as far away as from 1v1 in which all stats are based on and the mod is balanced upon. In a normal 3v3, the combination of factions is the key to victory trying maximizing strengths of factions involved while covering each faction's weakness. There is no perfect combination that has no counters. Obviously, 3 same faction team gets extremely vulnerable to counters. SM is no exception. More experienced players involved gets, less likely 3 same faction team wins. This is what a normal 3v3 is. Which is that everyone is focused on faction synergies. Now, in FW, you are artificially creating a condition where each side have to pick a faction. No way it is ever going to be balanced when you are playing with 99% of tools that are meant to work on 1v1 setting and block faction synergies at the same time.
“Space marines op as fk”
SM: loses 90% of faction wars…
GG
Foul XENOS!
Humans! Good game.
GGWP
Says SM is op while playing with the most op faction lmao
He and you are doing exactly the same thing.
eldar are the most underpowered faction
@@benjaminhanbury9325 Only when you play them, Venji.
@@benjaminhanbury9325 I am sure those sm players can attest to that.
eldar are generally agreed to be one of the weakest factions currently, while marines are one of several factions near the top
ranger spam was also nerfed, which often helped vs marines in faction wars.
