I guess I’m a lot more active on vacation. I’m constantly on the go, doing things. Food is almost an afterthought. And, as long as the bed is comfortable and the shower has plenty of hot water, I’m good.
Sadly, no vacation.

Every morning, I sat outside for 2-3 hours by myself waiting on Randy to get up. I love mornings and watching the sun come up.

I watch daylight arrive each day the, and then see if the sun is going to join us that day or not. It's during that quiet time, that I thank God for waking me up another day, and for giving me Life to live and a purpose. Thank you so much for the beautiful shots of the scenery, Renee. Sorry about the bad experience at the Oxxo convenience store, but can you imagine how awful it would've been to wake up the next morning and only then realize you were out of coffee?!? Good thing Randy jogged your memory! That condo looks lovely!

I picked up a friend at the airport, home from a cruise Buenos Aires to Anartica. At lunch as he was showing me pictures and expressing disappointment, he had not seen whales, I shared your snorkeling video. He loved it, and said we laughed because it was like I was there with you and hang out with you guys, lol!

What a blissful day! The views are gorgeous, and that food, OMG! Seeing you on the couch on the deck reminded me of being at The Old Cataract Hotel in Aswan, Egypt in October. There was a sectional couch on the deck, and I spent the afternoon there, watching all of the activity on the Nile River below us. It was so relaxing. Thanks for sharing, I loved it!

We were in PV for a month and came back home last Thursday, Feb. the 16. We came back home to the cold here in St. Paul, MN. With a prediction of 20” of snow from Feb 21 - morning of the 24th. We want to go back to PV!

I used to live in an apartment building in Chicago and the elevators there were always getting stuck. Best people to get stuck in an elevator with are firemen. We were about 2 seconds and they started prying the doors open and pulled me out.

Renee Hellman's has just brought out a mayo with lime in and they also started making vegan. There are other flavours in the Hellman's mayo range like mayo and Chipotle and of course mayo with garlic. Yummy xxx

Such a fun time! I searched for the McCormick mayonnaise that you recommended and it seems that my local Fred Meyers Carry's it. It sounds delicious especially when it mentions that it has lime juice. So I'm all in and going to get some tomorrow!

Sounds like Donnie and me, when we are on vacation. I have already dressed, walked down, had my great Continental Breakfast (complete with my COFFEE ☕...Yeeeee,) went back to the room(in mtns) and then he's up and getting a shower and dressed to go to...you guessed it..breakfast! I eat and have coffee again.
Just happened to see your Mayo from there at my local Walmart in Pikeville (KY) so it is available in the US!

I vouch for the Hawaiian Tropic sunscreens, especially the one for the face. It does not leave you cakey or pasty white like the others do and it smells delicious. It's the only sunscreen I buy. Btw, the plant Randy was watering is a hibiscus, pretty similar to the ones we have here in the US and they need a TON of water, especially if they get full sun.

I spotted the Mayo at Walmart yesterday. I didn't get any bc I have plenty for now, but as soon as I get low I'm giving it a try. It was located in the Mexican food isle.
out of coffee is an emergency. Looks like your condo is the way to go. Our hotel this year in the romantic zone was extremely loud. We are looking to do a condo next year :-)

If there’s a Latino-oriented grocery store close to you, they will probably have the lime mayonnaise you showed in this video. The Latino grocery store near me in Houston, Texas has it on sale this week for about $3.85. So, it’s freely available in the US. You probably just have to live in a part of the country with a high Latino population and look for it in Latino grocery stores.
When you get in a taxi from your condo, where do you usually get dropped of in town. Going to south side in 2 weeks and just wanted to know a good place to get dropped off. TIA.
Honestly it just depends on where I'm going. But a good place to get dropped off is at the Pier...or the park. Those are both general locations and in the center of everything.

I can't breathe around Hawaiian Tropic. Many of us have allergies to odors. Coconut was one of my first. That and citrus are my worst.

Mayo with lime!!! Mexicans don´t really use lemons - don´t even have a translation for it. If you ask they´ll shrug and say ¨??limon amarillo??
