He's talking to Eminem, Jay Z, even pop stars and metal heads, doesn't matter if they seek to use their influence and God given talents in a perverse way they are fair game to him.
I guess my point of reference for the way he feels justified to do that very thing would be in the bible where instead of using the gifts freely that God gave. "Woe to that unenviable man" who sold his gift unto the heathens and when reprimanded buried his gift instead of using it how God willed as an ordained prophet of God himself.
