As always excellent stuff guys 👏👏👏👏 And the best way to do Chonzie although i have never done the loop it is now on my list stunning views and it makes what some people say a plain munro an excellent day out ⛰️👍 I was actually admiring the hills and a stunning sunset last night Friday from the dizzy heights of Kinnoull Hill my 1st ever summit of Kinnoull very impressive although next time I’ll start from down at the main Dundee road to add a bit more elevation 😁 Thanks for sharing guys great to see yous out and about your commentary describing routes hills etc is 1 of the best on here stay safe and enjoy the hills David 👍
Hi David, Really glad you enjoyed our latest outing. There is always a good walk to be had to suit the conditions and we've always found BC to give an enjoyable time all through the seasons. Great idea to keep your 1st summit camp close just to get the feel of the experience. Take care, Cheers
Brilliant Charlie, looked a great loop, great spot for a cuppa👍 If I ever do it again think I’d go that way. Well captured as always Charlie.🎥👍 ATB Frank
Hi Brian, Glad you enjoyed yesterday's outing, we had a super morning. It's our closest Munro and a fine walk when the weather doesn't merit traveling any further 👍 Cheers
Looked a great day for it.. Will have to do that route some day . Did Auchnafree in deep snow a couple of years back and Chonzie looked a propper Munro from that side👍
Great video, I did the same route last year, I left my camera at the bottom and only noticed when I got to your tea stop, it was a panic going back down searching every rock for it, I did eventually get it back. I found it very boggy after Chonzie.
Hi Charlie, Hi Mike, what a cracking day, you even managed to dodge the snow showers. You can’t beat a walk that takes in a track by a body of water for a good deal of the way, be it either on the way out or back. All the best guys, hopefully the good weather is upon us, fingers crossed! 😀🥾🤞⛰🏴🏴
Gives you a completely different perspective on the mountain - I particularly liked your return route. I've been put off by the high winds and snow forecast on recent weekends so I'm itching for the weather to improve! Thanks for sharing this lovely video as ever. Cheers Murdo
Great wee video Charlie. Ive often considered taking my mountain bike up the loch the dumping and walking the rest for a very short day. Fair to say looking at your video you can get the full length fine on a mountain bike?
Hi Charlie and Mike, I was wondering how you now decide which Munro to do next? ( given you’ve done them all before many times ) Are you working through another round or are you choosing depending on weather forecast. Thanks
Hi jjkf, No, we have no plan for another round although we're +100 into it. The weather is our biggest driver now along with trying to get north of the Great Glen as much as possible during the favourable months. Just got to keep plodding on 🤣 Cheers
@@charliemccartney7055 thanks for the response, some of the best hills in that area too! I’m based in Edinburgh so long drive during the winter months for those and can’t be too picky with weather given work. Hoping to to do the entire glen shiel north ridge at the start of may so hoping for good weather(fingers crossed). Keep up the good work.

Beautiful views x We haven't climbed it that way. We'll have to give it a go xx
Hi Patricia, You'll enjoy the outing I'm sure and it's a route for all the seasons. Cheers

Hi Frank, Quite a contrast to your recent outing on Ben Lomond. A fine wee circuit for a half day walk 👍 Cheers
Another great video. I have done Ben Chonzie, but by the usual route, it was windy lol.
Hello, Many thanks for taking the time to view. A bit breezy but a cracking loop walk. Cheers
Another beautiful walk with the views of the Loch from the hill breathtaking. Thank you both .
Hi Neil, Many thanks. It was a super day and just long enough for the breezy conditions. Cheers
What a beautiful scenery man, outstanding hike!
Hi ervinslens, The rolling hills certainly have a different type of beauty and varying weather always keep it interesting. Cheers
Beautiful walk Charlie 🥾 and like you said a stunning place for a cuppa ☕ another cracking watch 👌 atb Brian 👍

Did Auchnafree in deep snow a couple of years back and Chonzie looked a propper Munro from that side👍
Hi itsablack1, Its a nice route for this side which also provides a wee loop if you fancy it. Cheers
Did the same route a few months ago, but in reverse. A good Sunday afternoon out.
Hello, Yes, its a nice half day walk and for us a Munro that's closest to home. Cheers
Fantastic nice circular walk great views of the loch cheers
Hi Andrew, Many thanks. It's a bonnie area.... Cheers
Definitely a better way to do this hill, rather than up the Land Rover track, totally different perspective! Thanks for uploading, Charlie. 🏴 🏔👍
Hello, I agree, coming at the hill from Loch Turret is much more enjoyable. Many thanks, Cheers
Lovely view down the glen from your tea spot.
Hi Andy, Its a nice spot for a pitstop.... this winter is dragging on a bit now so hopefully things will warm up a bit soon. Cheers

Hello, Its great you managed to find your camera as its frustrating when things like that happen. Many thanks for taking the time to view. Cheers
Hi Charlie, great day for it, nice filming and thanks for sharing.
Hello, It was a super day with a route that worked with the breezy weather. Many thanks for taking the time to view. Cheers

Hi Dave, Many thanks. We can certainly do with things warming up a bit to get at a few bigger days 👍 Cheers
good walk, one of the few Munro's that I have not done. Many thanks for sharing ATB
Hi John, I'm sure you'll enjoy this popular walk once you get around to it. Cheers

Hi Murdo, Glad you enjoyed this one. Deciding upon a route that works with the weather does help on less than ideal conditions 👍 Cheers
Beautiful video. Thank you for sharing. subd & 👍177
Hello, Great that you enjoyed our latest outing and glad we'll see you back. Take care, Cheers
Top of the loch is a beautiful area 😎
Hi Craig, Your spot on, its a bonnie part of the country. Cheers
Great route, you could have taken in Auchnafree Hill as well.
Hi David, Its a fine route with or without Auchnafree Hill 👍 Cheers
Its a nice wee hill, I did it a couple of weeks after you with a stinking hangover, sure cleared it up!!🤣🫶
Hi Sean, Yes, I bet that got rid of the hangover 🤣👍 Cheers
Great vid
Hello, Many thanks for taking the time ti view. Cheers
Great wee video Charlie. Ive often considered taking my mountain bike up the loch the dumping and walking the rest for a very short day. Fair to say looking at your video you can get the full length fine on a mountain bike?
Hello, Taking a bike would certainly shorten your day. The track has a wee bit up/down but you'll bike all the way 👍 Cheers
