    This has been the best YNAB explanation I have seen, thank you SO much. I will pick this app up again.

    Thanks for this, great job! I've been using YNAB for years and adore it. Always looking for good videos that introduce and explain it without going into TOO much detail. It definitely takes a learning curve. I encourage people to consider it like learning a new language...

    Are you still using YNAB instead of Mint? I'm curious to know if you're still glad you made the switch.

    First month using Every Dollar Budget, free version. There are things I like about YNAB, like the actual paycheck amount.
    I might try it.

    Sooo you have to have an entire months worth of money saved up just to start using this app?

    • @marblejarchannel
      @marblejarchannel  3 года назад

      No, you can start using without any money saved up at all. But you’ll have to wait to get paid to fill up your budgets. Hope that makes sense.

    Are you saying that you recommend YNAB over all the others including Quicken, which I have used for years?

    • @marblejarchannel
      @marblejarchannel  4 года назад

      Yes, but I will admit that the last time I used Quicken was a LONG time ago. It’s probably gotten much better!

      But you never went back to Quicken ... why? I’m thinking about changing, so do you feel YNAB is easier and better?

      I can’t remember how, but there were some things about Quicken that I just couldn’t abide by. As I said, I’m sure it’s much better than when I tested it in 2011! I have a series on YNAB and EveryDollar, but yes, I like YNAB the best!
