Love these!!! ** EXCELLENT VIDEO!!! ** Its sorta like cutting out snowflakes. I like how you made a "template" drawing to remember how to cut the shapes. I'm going to do that too. I like how simple and FLAT these flowers are. Great for putting INSIDE journals without making too much bulk. Most flowers are so thick. Thank you for video. These flowers are beautiful. Thank you so much and you're most welcome! I'm really glad you liked the video. I love making these flowers. As you said, they're perfect for journals, not bulky at all. Have fun making some ❤️❤️❤️
Loved you included the measurements of your squares and explained decreasing the squares by 1/2 an inch for each smaller size. I have been watching a lot of flower making videos and I don’t believe anyone else has included the measurements, which is a must for people like me who are beginners. Thank you so very much for providing this information and for making this video. 😊
I believe this is the best flower how to I have ever seen . You have it down to a science. I love love love them. I have tried several different ways, just not quite what I have been looking for. You nailed it. Thank you so much for sharing your formula with me. I will try to do it justice.
I really love these, I watched most of your vid in bed last night. Today I made dozens of these and finished your vid. These are such fun to make. I'm using up all sorts of scraps. Thanks very much
You're so welcome! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video and git inspired to make some flowers yourself. I find the activity so enjoyable and very relaxing 😊❤️
Cute and not difficult, similar to cutting snow flakes just before Christmas season. Thanks for the idea. PS 14:38 You have a pair of magic scissors that can cut paper and fabric. Interesting. I can only cut fabric wth my paper scissors when I glue napkin or tissue paper to the back of it, dry naturally and iron.
I think these scissors are meant for paper but for some reason they work on thinner fabric too, better than my fabric only scissors. 🤔 I can explain, they were really cheap. I clean them regularly with wet wipes to remove glue that accumulates.
Well Dragana...I have given up trying to go through your videos in an orderly manner from a year ago to now. LOL I keep getting distracted by all the other videos along the way! This one is great - all the flowers are so pretty. and can be done without punches. The stitching adds the perfect touch on the top layer. Thanks for another easy to follow tutorial. If you don't mind...what does Saacibo mean? I Googled it, but the only answer I got is that it is your shop name. Just curious.😸
Hello Anne, thank you so much for watching and I'm really glad you enjoy my videos. Saacibo is an acronym, not really a word so there's no meaning. It stands for Shop Arts and Crafts in Bosnia Online. Originally, it was a website name I created hoping to help local artists and crafters to showcase their art, skills and have the biographies in one place. Something like a directory. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, other things that needed my attention popped up at the time. Around the same time, Etsy became available here, too, so I decided to keep that name because I already invested in the website and I liked it. It also has some letters in it of the people in my life I love most ❤️😊
Hello! I love watching you craft, and these flowers are perfect for journals as they are flat. PLEASE could you give me the sizes of the squares as I just can't pick it up. I'm deaf so I have to spend a lot of time rewinding and watching to see if I can pick up what's missing. I caught the screenshot, but would really appreciate the square sizes. Many thanks n hugs from Moz
Thank you so much for watching! Glad you enjoyed the video. The smallest square I used was 1 and a half inches, then 2 inches, 2 and a half, and the biggest was 3 inches. You can make them even larger if you wanted to 😊
Love these!!!
