Please Jessy I have been asking you for help even on facebook 1) does battery health modification work with battery tag on flex anymore in iOS 17.4 and newer updates? 2) does brushing unbind help to restore Face ID functionalities by replacing a new earpiece flex/photosensitve flex in cases of lost or damaged original flex?
I follow you and Edgar, he is a such a nice guy with tons of nice videos. I did not know you are half Guatemalan. Guys you are my idols! Greetings from Spain.
Hello, I am Vietnamese, I watch a lot of your videos and it is very helpful for me, thank you very much. I hope you make more videos about iPhone repair 🥰
Is the 8V fast charging? Cause a phone im working on i was getting 8 almost 9 out of a 5V brick. the IC power chip gets super hot. Can't wait to get a DC power supply and Thermal cam.
I bought s5200 pmic from aliexpress. But when i try to solder 2 of them show short afterwards on nearby capacitor. Am i just bad at soldering or aliexpress sells reballed bad ic?
While testing the chip over usb it might be smart to backup encrypted partitions (everything) in case something goes wrong after soldering it back to phone . Then you can write it to another eMMC and try to recover again?

Bruh why you do this to me? I just bought myself an s10e to find out they have a little issue where they crap out out of nowhere😂😂. Also, why do you concider the phones you repair "unstable"? I never dealt with this issue on phones, but I do have expirience reballing CPUs on laptops. If done properly, witch your work defenetly is, why couldn't it go back into service?
Honestly, I think its the same as when a 3rd party repair shop do a back glass replacement and say they can't guarantee it being water resistant. I mean surely glue or sticker tab is the same thing but without a proper way to test it they wouldn't give it as stable. My assumption here is that , perhaps its mainly because some functions can be lacking depending on damage to the ic. Unlike laptops these phones have it glued in place.
It's a lot of work to solve. So we're better off just fixing it for data. In my experience, they don't last very long. Could be deeper issues on the PCB
Chips cracking off the circuit board are usually caused by a or many drops, they don't just pop by itself. It could also be caused by liquid damage. If it'a a new phone and take good care of it with a good thick case, Samsung phones can last as long as any other brand.
@@BillAnt It is not a new phone, but it hasn't been used in the last 3 years, was still on android 9 when i got it. Wallet style case should keep it safe. I thought the contacts break due to heat cycles like they do on laptops. I have seen my galaxy s6 go upto 83 degrees under heavy load .
@@filenotfound__3871 - It's rarely caused by heat cycles, though it may be an additional factor. From my experience at my repair shop, it's mainly caused by drops including by the previous owner, or in some cases by liquid damage.
How often do you get bootlooping Samsungs coming into your shop? 👇👇👇

Great Jesse , I got dizzy , so you didn't show the cpu solder on the new board, only ufs.. right?
In this case, we only needed to reball UFS
I bought s5200 pmic from aliexpress. But when i try to solder 2 of them show short afterwards on nearby capacitor. Am i just bad at soldering or aliexpress sells reballed bad ic?
No idea
hi jesse i just wanted to know how diagnose that ufs is the problem not the cpu ?
greetings from North Macedonia
I literally explain all of that in the video 😅
Does that ufs reader work for all Android ufs or just specific models?
All android UFS models
@@VCCBoardRepairs Do some androids use another form of nand not called UFS that would require another programmer?

No, that won't work
@@VCCBoardRepairs Is data protected from reading without encryption key ? Or does emmc contain hardware id that cannot be transfered to another chip?
@@VCCBoardRepairsGreat contend by the way !
Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge.
Means a lot ☺️
What if removing the ic u just removed and reball after that without programming will work
There's no programming. Watch the video again
He's just using the JC programmer to check the "health" of the UFS chip only, no programming is done since all files are encrypted.
Greetings from Baltics! I have a question and I just cant find the answer, can you please explain AY a108 and Jcid V1SE differences?
