Season 2 is equally good.That Recitation scene where Gaitonde has to repeat whatever Guruji says . Then Gaitonde uses kaal granth to kill someone. Top notch performance.
People complaining about season 2 probably don't realize how beautifully the story is threaded. From Russia - Afghanistan to 9/11 to India-Pak, each and everything just fits into the story. Incredible writing and outstanding performances. Although I do agree some loopholes like Gaitonde's shift from destroying the world to saving it was rushed. But all in all, Season 2 is absolutely amazing.
Exactly. I loved the second season. It was much complex, intense and interesting than season 1. Also many of my friends were not happy with the ending, but I just loved it. Giving it a definitive ending would not have done justice to the concept behind the story. However I guess, Gaitonde just wanted to save Mumbai, didn't care about the world as much.
