Drum Rack plus Beat Repeat was maybe the best thing I've learned from your videos. Feels like half a lifetime ago. I still do it - I put in multiple Resonators and Corpus with different processing for each, modulating the crap out of everything, (ab)using the send/return chains inside the drum rack - love the feeling of "everything could fall apart at any second". Good fun!

This is a perfect way to begin understanding Beat Repeat! I've always been a bit confused by it, but found it so interesting that I wanted to use it well - this I think really helps me to grok what the effect is doing.
Also, love the funky beat! Now to use a beat repeat to make an envelope follower that modifies the parameters for *other* beat repeats, muwhahaha!

Glad (not glad!) you had the the strange delay/latency problem when trying to process the kick. I've had that problem myself in the past and thought I was going mad........Seems like there's a little buggy quirk in there somewhere.

Anyone had a problem where the gate mode does not work in beat repeat... Where it just stops audio coming through (no original audio & no repeats) even when the chance is set to 100%????

Ned rush do you have any contacts at ableton? Please tell them to fix the issue with expression control. All mappings become lost after reopening a project, tfp has also mentioned this in a video of his.
