Definitely a winter thing, it's called seasonal affective disorder or SADS and most people get at least a bit of it when it gets this dark and cold because we aren't getting enough sunlight especially in the UK. My nan has it reallyyyyy bad, I think those alarm clocks that replicate a sunrise can help though
i think a cool series would be "making X's favorite meals for a day" with friends and family! A way to incorporate people you love and make them happy as well as provide extremely calming content (like always) love you x
Grace is such a class act. So many other people with as many followers as she had would have named and shamed the restaurant that was subpar. But she just chalked it up to a bad time and moved on. 🥰
Very down times for everyone. We decided to open advent and Christmas presents differently then normal. We have saved them and we open a present each day for at least one person in the family. Also instead of opening all the advents in December we saved them for January. It’s helped spread the cheer for us. Sending you and your family lots of love ❤️
