Taking yourself on a date is the most fun thing ever. I actually had a little date with myself yesterday - I bought myself flowers (sunflowers and peonies), I bought myself a pizza and icecream, I lit some candles, did a facemask, and watched Too Hot to Handle on Netflix. It was a great evening 😊

Honestly the best remedy for hay fever is to strip, get in the shower and then put fresh clothes on! Get all the pollen etc off of you. Don’t go to bed without washing your hair and face because then it will be all over your pillow too

I find soaking in the bath with a damp face cloth over your face gives the quickest relief from symptoms. 🛀 Warning glasses, prescription, or sun, when you go out, reduce the itchy eyes. Have found the best prevention to be beclometasone dipropionate navel spray and sodium cromoglycate eye drops. Administered daily befour symptoms start. Or wearing the good old Covid face mask all the time. Stop that polen getting in, in the first place. 🌼🌺🌳🌻🌸 happy summer.

cool lime refreshers!! my absolute fave. it's been awhile since ive had one as well....as far as i know, theyre still discontinued in the usa (or at least no locations near me have them) and it makes me so sad.
I have used the sinus rinse for years , so some tips: use warm water, mix it really well, always keep your mouth open and it can help to look down at the drain ( I find it makes a better angle for the sinus rinse). Afterwards, it also doesn't all drain well for me (I have a deviated septum and a tornwaldt cyst) so I make sure I lean forward, tilt my head side to side and gently blow my nose after to help it all get out. It's amazing when you have a cold or sinus infection to really help clear it up sooner.

I love that nasal rinse, it’s a life saver as my allergies can swiftly turn to sinus infection. I find taking a deep breath before gently squeezing the bottle and slowly exhaling as it drains helps me not choke on the rinse 😆 takes a while to get the hang of it.
