I have everything you just said my friend. Over a year and my doctor/chiropractor couldn't figure it out. Seriously every thing you said from high blood pressure to anxiety, nervous, ear ringing ect. The doctor finally put me on meclize. HALLELUJAH! My blood pressure even went down. I'm 38 and was told I needed BP meds and may even have a block blood vessel in my neck! Both were false.
This is a very good video. I have GAD and I've had palpitations, Nausea and random dizzy or Balance spells well just sitting there. Of course your anxious brain wants to tell you that you have every disease in the book but this video kind of confirms how your thoughts and emotions can cause an overload. Very nice video indeed
Finally a connection that makes sense! A person can indeed feel like they are going crazy! Now, how to get rid of the anxiety permanently is a another thing 😞
From my research on vertigo (note: I am not a DR, but I hope this helps you), it could be due to lack of magnesium, Vitamin B12 and D3. Also, have your central nervous system checked in your neck. To have your central nervous system checked, you can get X rays done by your doctor or chiropractor. A physical therapist may help too. May GOD Bless you and keep you Peace
I have positional vertigo.... I have noticed that it happens to me when I pass periods of stress... I am practicing aikido for years and yoga... and doctors tell me that movements cause it.. but If movements cause I should be sick with vertigo every day.... I strongly believe it is the extreme stress.... can y please let me know???? please....
hope and love girl I hope you get answers! I strained my neck a few months ago and had vertigo...it went away but one month later I was sent to the ER for almost passing out...fast forward > severe anxiety> tense neck> vertigo/lightheaded even while sitting and doing nothing, or reading on my phone watching tv or with movement. Cannot get an answer why, had MRI and EEG also CT W/contrast on my neck showing arteries are good on my neck but still feel this way. Oiy it’s a terrible feeling!
Stephanie Williams oh my....sure it is....very bad feeling...... you are feeling lost....... I understand and feel you...... wish we all get better soon...... let's see.... this is a torture...... really....
@stephanie williams were you able to get rid of the dizzyness? I am having the same issues for about a month. Its giving me panic attacks everytime I get dizzy.
I have vertigo even in my bed, without moving. Keep up with the sport, sports are the best medicine. Today I was prescribed with antidepressants, because of my neck issues. I have them after a car accident, so I don't understand why I should take those sh*t. And I won't do it. I'm an ex swimmer and since I stopped it's much worst. Take your serotonin naturally and be calm. Hugs
I have these same exact symptoms along with debilitating anxiety now and they haven't found anything wrong other than a blanket "it's vertigo" They want me to go get an MRI and it would be 100% out of pocket
SSRI for me (stopped working unfortunately) made a big difference in controlling the dizziness. I had went from taking 10 motion sickness pills a day to zero. I really wish it kept working. I'd give it a try cause it can work.
That's why my muscles especially my neck muscles lock up tight during my vertigo with anxiety attacks..

Hydoxizine for anxiety. ;) Non addictive. Non benzo and non ssri.
That was the best answer I've gotten yet my doctors are kind of scratching their heads

What diet and rehabilitation?
Mmm Kay... Is he the teacher from south park?!
Would ssri medicine help the vertigo that is causing anxiety? Or make it worse?
