Yeah, wow is what we said too when we arrived! Just amazing. The menu was buffet with lots of options and variations each day. Even if we are more into a la carté menu in general, I can't remember we (or anyone else really) had any complaints. Neither did we loose any sleep over the water against the pillars the villa was standing on. Most of the sound disappeared as we closed all doors at night.
From my understanding July to August gets rain because of southwest monsoon and November to March gets rain cause of the northeast monsoon. If you want all clear skies and no rain every day of your stay, perhaps you should avoid these months. We visited in October and had a wonderful stay, very little rain although there was a day or two that wasn't clear skies throughout. That said, it's tropical islands and they need rain to stay green so there's no guarantees you'll avoid rain at any time.
The colour of that water, WOW, how was/ what was the menu like? I wouldn't be able to sleep at night with that water slapping against the piers, but then, it's a honeymoon Villa, LOL
Yeeah u'r right! Well the reason why we want to go there in July is because of the long summer-holiday.. We study at university, so its kinda difficult for us to go there in October
Wrong. The dry season in Maldives is December, january, february and March. April is good too but you get occasional rain. January,February and March are the dryest months. Been there so I know:-)
You need to check directly with the hotel, the price would probably depend on dates and kind of accommodation. Try vilureefmaldives and add a dot com after, or Google Vilu Reef Maldives.
