With a respirator. There is a difference between topical application and ingestion. Any fine powdered ingredient I say the same, though this one is more lightweight than most so gets in the air more. It also has safe usage rates, so we don't go above those (in most cases way less). You can read the data sheets on supplier and manufacture websites if you want to know more about it.
