I travel a lot, and FlyDubai, for me, was the worse airline I have flown on (I flew return from Praha). Terminal 2 at Dubai is cramped, their plane seats have very restrictive leg room and they provide NOTHING on board. Pay a little more, or the same price, for Emirates or another standard airline. Fly Dubai are a discount airline, charging standard prices. I really can't recommend.
The seats on the aircraft are like sitting on concrete slabs for 5+ hours. I asked a cabin crew and apparently they do not carry blankets or cushions on their flights..Unbelievable!!
Sadly, I was expecting more focus from FlyDubai on the new initiative of "Customer Happiness", where I had a case with them to send me money refund within max of 6 weeks and they didn't do till now where 12 weeks passed, am afraid that they are not going to refund my money back, where they were not serious in mailing and not on phone calls, they used to promise to call back but nothing happened, I guess they should pay more attention to make their customers glad.
Fly dubai why wouldn't you buy airbus instead of boeing? I ve been to one of your 737-800 and it was a good experience overall but traveling onboard an airbus is a whole different story.

As Tanzania belgrad travelers, we couldn't get our luggage for a week and we didn't see any benefit from the customer service. The worst airline company I know. If not such company would be better. I'd rather not travel like this.👎👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡
