Love your reviews, your honest without mean. I did try the bisou balm and they are fabulous if you like matte products. I do not like matte products but the overall products are very good.

Oof I feel this - I left a 3 star review for the Petal Bouche (drying, patchy) on the site and it never got posted. When I checked weeks later, reviews were updated but literally only all the 5 star ones. Definitely not transparent
@@csdsa I hate when brands do this. If you are a new brand, you’re allowed to make mistakes but own them, and improve. The way they have dealt with customer service matters and reviews, makes me not want to shop with them again. Thanks for watching Charmaine xxx

Yes, they previously had a pop up in London and it did very well. I visited it pre-pandemic. They were supposed to be open for longer but were forced to close due to restrictions. I’m not sure if they are returning as a pop up, but if they do, I’ll definitely try to head over. I have ordered the Gen G lipsticks, as I wanted to try them myself 😉♥️♥️
