    Wow, these bots are very feature rich. I can imagine using it now that I know I have so much flexibility on how the bot handles requests. Great job in your tutorial, Tyler

    Is there a way to send data from zoho analytics to sales iq? For example, if there is a table of data in zoho analytics I want to display the top entry on the bot.

    Thanks for the tutorial. But it appears that you cannot create multiple zobots that respond differently to whatever pages the user navigates to. For example, if I have a zobot flow set up on my home page and another bot set up on my pricing page. If my visitor visits the homepage first, the bot will work. but if they then navigate to the pricing page after the homepage bot has already inititated, then the pricing page bot wont do anything. Do you guys have a solution to this?

      Hi Ian W, When creating a Zobot, you can use the Criteria Router feature to split the conversation flow into various flows based on custom rules that you define-which can include what URL the visitor may be on.

    Hey Team - I had a question re Zobot initial engagement audience criteria? I want to create a audience criteria for zobot to only pop up visitors that don't exist within our crm yet, could you advise what the best criteria would be for this?

      Hi Patrick, Under audience criteria, you can select Zoho CRM fields. So pick a field that you know is going to be filled for any CRM Lead/Contact and set the rule to exclude those. For example, set the Audience criteria to be “Zoho CRM contact Email does not contain ‘@’”. Since any valid email would contain the @ symbol, only those not in your system would follow the criteria.

    Tyler, the problem i'm facing is at the end if visitor wants to connect to operator but if operator DECLINES the request then the Zobot does not display the message which we mention in Operator Busy block

      Hi Julia Lally, Wish we had a better answer but the Zobot does not read post/reel comments. It only receives DMs sent to the instagram account.

    * Is there anyway to configure the bot like ChatGPT? Or is there plans for that in the future?

      Yes, you can require a form to be submitted before letting the user start to chat. Or ask them midway through the conversation.
      * Is there anyway to configure the bot like ChatGPT? Or is there plans for that in the future?
      You can link SalesIQ with any third-party service. Therefore potentially, you could use ChatGPT. There are no plans on the public SalesIQ roadmap, you can keep track of all the newest features here: www.zoho.com/salesiq/whats-new.html.

    Please one question, with the answers provided by users, does SalesIQ store or provide some kind of analytics?
    In example, from a menu of options analyze which was the most selected option or even if there is an option in which users abandon the chat? ,etc.
    And if so, where this can be analyzed?, in order to improve and make better decisions.

    Super helpful video! At one point, it looked like you copied and pasted a whole string of cards onto another response thread/string (not sure what the proper terminology is). I reached out to Zoho about this and they claim that it cannot be done, and that only the entire chatbot can be cloned.

    I have articles in English and Spanish, but the bot only reply the english articles, I would like for example, if a user types a question in Spanish, then the bot can find it in the articles and reply it.
