Sombra is the most powerful character in OW because she literally can break the fourth wall, hack like no one's hacked before, and she also has Russia's leader under her thumb.

Considering the unknown person is also next to Widowmaker, I guess it might be Widowmaker's husband Gerard. Since he was an Overwatch agent and Ana talks to Widow in-game about Gerard, it's possible he and Ana were personal friends as well so that might be why there's the close connection of those 3 in the video.
Yo79Plays I think it's supposed to represent the person she was before she was Widowmaker. If you look at Ana, Reapers, and Soldier: 76, you can see that their young counterparts are smaller beside the in-game characters.

May be farfetched but with the lack of solid evidence, anything is possible.
I have a theory
When sombra gets found (0:46), notice the symbol. It’s an eye, just like the omnic religion, dubbed “the iris”. She states that she wants to know who really owns the world. Someone like that must have power. Religions have as much power as people who follow them. As we see from one of the many shorts, the Iris is very popular, therefore very powerful. (Disclaimer: I am about to go into Christian belief and history, so continue at your own risk, and don’t hate me for it.) So, what do we know about the Iris? We know that they speak for peace and unity, are very well known, and have a mortal figurehead. Christianity shares these traits with the Iris. I’m going to assume who ever noticed Sombra’s hacking is probably evil, or at least it is portrayed that way. I think this group who found sombra is probably some branch of the Iris. That seems to not fit very well with the Iris, but hear me out. Christianity had its crusades, and the Iris is similar in many ways to Christianity. What if this group is the crusaders of the Iris? The crusades were done in God’s name and were thought to be the right thing to do. What if this group is the same way, attempting to give the omnics rights. Well Genji IS mostly Omnic. And she's a hacker. So there is one DEFINITE weak point for Genji, at least to Sombra.
Is he though? His enhancements are Omnic-ish/robotic, yes, but ultimately he is the one in control of them. That's the difference between him and Robocop for instance, Robocop was the victim of severe injuries, leading to the enhancements in order to keep him alive, but OCP was in his head, with the power to intervene and take control of him if need be. Genji on the other hand is very clearly in control of his own actions and Overwatch by the time that they take him in and stabilize his condition, have no reason to do what OCP did.

I'm really starting to think that Mercy is evil for several reasons..
1. Reaper seems to think that Mercy is the one who did something to him (making him phase in and out) from their interaction.
2. After reaper and s76 battle, Mercy is the one who report to the UN about this and thus making Overwatch shut down (she even has a voice line saying 'Overwatch was shut down for a reason. Maybe it's best it stay that way.'
3. Mercy in a non-lore way has 2 'evil' skin (Devil/Imp and Witch) and she's also one of the villain in Junkenstein's Revenge
4. Caduceus Staff (her weapon) has very different meaning than what you think, this is something from wikipedia

It is often mistakenly used as a symbol of medicine instead of the Rod of Asclepius, especially in the United States. The two-snake caduceus design has ancient and consistent associations with trade, eloquence, trickery, and negotiation.'
5. During Recall animation, when Winston call all overwatch agents, the globe tracks Mercy's location in Mesopotamia; probably Iraq or Kuwait and not from her hometown
6. Mercy doesn't age? From a conversation between Mei and Mercy, you'll notice that they ask each other about their young beauty secret, while Mei is on cryostasis to keep her young, what do Mercy use?
7. Lastly during the Sombra origin story when she put out all web of information, you can see everyone is linked to something, genji - shimada, winston s76 ana reaper - overwatch, pharah - ana, but mercy has no connection to anyone. (tracer also has no link but the image is cut so maybe there's something above her)
Conclusion : She is someone evil who's searching immortality, that's why she operates on Reaper into a shadowy thing and Genji into a robot, that's pretty far-fetch but who knows..
Future thing to watch : I think Mercy's story will be important during the new map 'Oasis' because she's seen on Iraq during the recall animation and Oasis is in the middle-eastern area.

In a Nutshell
1. She experimented on Gabriel with a thought-to-be stable nanosystem. It failed- miserably.
2. She was more like Iron Man in Civil War: she didn't trust the group of heroes (even though many were her friends) because they might turn into renegades and operate against civilians and innocents because they couldn't be controlled.
3. In-game skins are not to be taken seriously unless you really consider that Mercy is also a Valkyrie and the "Junkenstein" is canon, not to mention others like dark Hanzo with white eyes.
4. Mercy has a thing about life and death, right? She sought to fight against death (and created the grim "Reaper" by accident, who also in-game is very closely associated with death, and both can see souls), so she tried to invent a nanosystem that would repair wounds (so as to fight against death) and finally succeeded. And her power? "Heroes never die," as she resurrects them. The caduceus is to directly imply her interaction with both health AND death. 5. In the newest comic, you can see Mercy spending Christmas at what appears to be a middle-Eastern camp for soldiers, thus explaining what she does when she isn't part of Overwatch. Heck, even written in her bio is that she helps out in military deployments as a medic.
6. Said nanosystem was a dramatic failure on Gabriel current alias "Reaper," but she did manage to perfect it and applied it to herself, apparently reducing the effects of age. Quite possibly, that early-life event of parents dying in front of her led to an obsession with death, so it would be difficult to call that motivation "evil."
7. This point is based on a false premise, that "no line" means "not connected." Reinhart and Torb are good friends, and so you see them without a line between them, yet they spent Christmas together? And then there's the Muertos gang which doesn't have lines connecting them, but they are quite obviously related. Even the Russian president and her _daughter_ are not connected by a line. Both lines AND close proximity matters. Hence, why Mercy is close to Genji, as she helped "rebuild" him.
She could be evil, but I doubt it. She seems too altruistic and pacifistic to be evil, imo.
She also does seek immortality, due to her parents dying in front of her eyes, possibly wanting to protect everyone from death (hence her ult).

1:24 you can see the ties to each organization even Overwatch through next of kin, friendship/association. There are a few blanks with ?'s on the tiles along with a few people seen in the video which I assume could be future characters. Doomfist is seen, that lady who works with the omnics even though she's "against" them is there, the weird omnic connected to Reinhardt is there aswell. Just take a look for yourself an speculate, big details in this string of information.
By future characters I mean the kind of obvious ones such as doom fist or the omnic. Katya wouldn't be a playable character as she was only used for the story.
I thought this was the most interesting part of the video. All of the corporations shown, vishkar, lumerico, overwatch, talon, are connected to one company or coporation with an eye symbol, the same one that apparently noticed sombra when she was hacking. Crazy stuff

I think Sombra is either suffering from God Syndrome, or she feels self-righteous. Keep in mind that she's manipulating people by blackmailing them - threatening to expose information that would be considered scandalous. To put it in other words, Sombra's basically using her - dare I say - "powerful information" to get people to do what she says.
