Ole boy had this set up in a TBucket roadster back in the 90's I tuned it up and my mistake was taking a ride with him ,no seat belt nor roll cage he scared me! I've always been a Drag Racer knowing safety comes first,I'll never ride in one again, Also built a 427 or 430 for a jet boat I tuned it at the lake rhen grabbed my timing light and little red tool box and jumped out and said have fun I don't ride anymore! Nice Engine!!
Pining the rocker arm studs will not work small journal crank I hope you use some good rod bolts and always trim that water pump gaskets much cleaner look.
Chevrolet introduced the 327 cubic inch (5.4 liter) V8 engine in 1962. The 327 had a 4.00 inch bore and a 3.25 inch stroke, which were increases of an eighth and a quarter inch, respectively,
I've ran a bunch of them they were ok but the new engines of today will run circles around them .for instance I own a 03 mustang has a 281 cid eng.it will bury a 150 mph speedo.i had a 69 mach1 it had a 428 cid eng .top speed of it was 142 mph .see what I'm saying if rather build a bad ass ls motor.or a 5.2 voodoo .I'm 68 years old and have owned about every muscle car made over 70 cars all the muscle cars were slow compared to these pocket rockets they have now.by the way that 327 can only handle about 700 cams .2 4 barrels is way over kill that's why he doesn't want to rev it it would flood out
Whow i built almost the same exact 327 about 25 years ago. I loved it.

More show than go.
Major overkill intake for 327 with those mickey mouse heads.

Is it really a 62?? I don't see the breather tube in frount of the intake.
Yes it's a 1962 the intake is from the 80s

You keep playing with them junk fords their buddy
327 don't have a harmonic balancer they were internally balanced!!!!
Every motor uses a harmonic balancer internal or external balance
@@eagleals5797 Yes indeed
I stand corrected
Way over carved for that displacement.
