- FOX 35 has obtained new documents from the Florida State Attorney's Office in the Madeline Soto investigation. These documents provide new details previously unknown, including the initial interview police had with Stephan Sterns, Soto's mom's boyfriend, his timeline of what happened the day Medline was reported missing, the 1,700 sexually explicit images allegedly found on his cell phone, and details about his relationship with the 13-year-old girl.

The victim’s mother should be charged as well! Same Charges like her boyfriend! They were into it together! And even IF the mother has no knowledge of the abuse which I highly doubt, she should be a still charge because she prioritised her itch before the welfare of her daughter!

I think Madeline was going to tell someone about the abuse and when she was in a fight with Jennifer she told her. I think that fight was right before the party. I think Jennifer took Madeline's phone during the fight so Madeline couldn't call anyone to help her. I think Jennifer called Stephan because it involved him. I think Madeline was pregnant and Jennifer figured it out. Then she had Stephan come up to Kissimmee to help her with Madeline. Who calls someone who lives 150 miles away to come take your child to school when you have family living close. He came running because Jennifer is the boss. She would tell stephan when to go and come back. It's her house her daughter, her bedroom, and her rules. She must not have the true mother's love for Madeline. She gave Madeline to Stephan to use that against him if she needed to. She needed him to be the muscle ,he could move Madeline easier. If Madeline told what was going on in the house, Jennifer could be in a lot of trouble especially if Madeline was pregnant. A DNA test would prove Stephan was the abuser and he would be in trouble. So I think, Jennifer cooked up this horror story. She knew if Stephan dropped Madeline off in the church parking lot and she had to walk the distance to school the "someone took her " story could work. Or else she would have said take my car, drop her off right in front of the school. Then they had to get her school stuff out of the house. Dump her body in the deep woods of the swamp. That would look more like a kidnapping . But Stephan got the flat tire. He knew he had to put Madeline out so he could change the tire. He saw the row of bamboo and the open gate,pulled in behind the bamboo and put Madeline's body out. I think Jennifer is very selfish and vengeful. She used Madeline to get money from her parents and a nice place to live. She used her "mental health " to get drugs and was going after a disability check. More freebie. She already had medical for Madeline and a child support check. Now Madeline was fixing to blow up Jennifer's world. So in her anger she gets Stephan to help her with Madeline
I suspect, Madeline was pregnant. Easiest solution - get rid of her. Heartbreaking. Capital punishment.
