All of the people involved are loved and respected by the folks that tune in to each person's channels. I, personally am going to keep enjoying all of everyone's content. There are some big egos who got their feelings hurt but that is on them, you didn't put names out and start bashing anyone in particular. I took your video as "we've done that now what can we do that's different and makes us stand out". Just do what you need to do and say what you feel - it will all sort out in the end.
I watched one of the channels comments about this subject. I must say, it wasn't tacky as they never mentioned your channel. I think that it would be best all round to stick to content. New ideas and creativity is the best way to great results. I also feel it is good to realize that you are part of a community that people like me follow because it's getting back to the earth and a simpler life. So Jason, I personally watch because you're interesting, not because of what you started doing first. Be mindful of your community and remember that people look up to people who live this lifestyle. When ppl are building a homestead or a tiny house or ANY thing, they naturally gravitate to a chat channel and a building channel because they find it difficult to chat and work simultaneously. I have found, in my nearly six decades of existence, if a person is constantly having to explain themselves or words they speak because they’ve offended someone, perhaps learning to better communicate in a public forum would be best. Having thousands of subscribers you already know you’re not going to please everyone with every content posted. It shouldn’t matter. That’s a given and part of the side- effects of being a content creator on RUclips. Jason, I’ve heard you say many times, “IF what we build and do can inspire someone else to go purchase property and live their dream like we are, then it’s worth it!” You’ve said this about tiny house building and starting a RUclips channel. That shouldn’t be viewed as “stealing your ideas”. That should be viewed as promoting your ideas. Every group in your community could use the exact same format and it would still be very different content because each couple or family lives in a different location and has a different story to tell. In this very troubled world with MANY more serious issues facing us, its important to focus on more important issues. I understand trying to modify your techniques to CHALLENGE YOURSELF, not to compete with others. It will evolve over time naturally - but comparing to others was clearly intentional as you wanted credit for being first when it's irrelevant because you weren't first.

I’m new to RUclips channel watching and I come to watch and learn and be taken away from my bored stressfully life . Your house building remains me of when we build a very big house in 110 degree and in our younger years camping and riding motorcycle!!! My husband build our 5 year old a 3 wheeler. So your channel reminds me of our lives years ago . We are 78 , 80 . Just had our 59 wedding anniversary. Love to all .

I watch and read the comments of all the channels. It seems all the trouble was from the commenters stirring up trouble making comments on all the channels. I hope everyone continues to think outside of the box and improve their own channels.

They never mentioned you or your channel, they only said how they fealt about the situation. I watch both of your channels and myself i don't see why this has happened. By you mentioning names and channels names in this video, it now makes you look bad as you look like your bashing when you mention names and channels and this is only going to make things worse. Your past is always going to follow you every day. This video should never of been put out. I undedstand from your point of view and from theirs.
