@@crossfire1122 That's the critical thing for this year, IF the car performs well, we know Lando will maximise the points and this would help reduce the pressure on Oscar. Allowing him to focus on getting up speed in a positive atmosphere, rather than in a team that's underperforming.

The magnitude of Mclaren's intake process alone says it all. Oscar did not just join the better team. He became part of something so great, it cannot afford to give anything but the best possible.
