In the w. bush (s)election, bush got 7,000 votes in counties around the country and the counties would have 4,000 men, women, children and babies. The news media informed us to NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THESE SMALL PROBLEMS. Now common sense is if you can steal 7,000 votes in little counties, how many can you steal in a city of millions.
