in one of your videos- ''buter dal diye murgi'', you have added a little water to the fried onion before adding the powdered spices and said that if we add powdered spice to hot oil then it will get burned. but in this video you have added powdered spices to hot oil directly and later added water. so question is- why do it differently? should not the spices get burnt when added to hot oil? thank you.

I think bcz she added onion paste prior to adding the spices which will prevent burning of the powder spices!!!
