@@nafnghg9685 What helped me was to make sure I was massaging the muscle underneath and not the facial skin itself. I started to feel my facial muscles engaging while doing the exercises and I began to notice them looking more defined too. The trick is to continually press into the skin until you feel the muscle, and slowly glide your hands into and over the muscle. You don't want to do the moves too quickly either. Your fingers should melt into the surface rather than running over it, that's what I found to be the difference between working the muscle and simply massaging the facial skin.

Hello guys, I'm gonna start to try these for two weeks and I'll update here. My problems with my face are the swelling and since I already have a round face, it gives me that nasolabial fold that makes me look old. I have wrinkles in my forehead as well and I'm only 23 years old. Anyway, I really hope this works for me. I'll try to balance my diet as well (I eat too much sugar). I'll uptade weekly. :) Update on first week: Hello! First week finished. I am very proud of myself for being consistent and going through with this. As for the results, I only start seeing a few changes after the fourth day. I can notice my face looks more lifted and youthful. Of course it's not a major change as this is a process to keep going. My eyebrows look a bit lifted and my face slimmed a bit. The nasolabial marks and wrinkles in my forehead look faded. Not completely gone, but so much better! I feel so much prettier. This works. As someone who is impatient with results, I was really happy because I saw them in 12 days 😭. The major difference was in my right eye because it was more hooded than my left, and now they’re basically symmetrical and my right eye is more open. Also I feel like my face is just more symmetrical / slimmer in general 💕

@@noooor7310 I have this same issue (I'm a side sleeper - not sure if you all are) and I do the full massage on both sides. When I'm slacking and the difference is particularly noticeable, I'll pause the video and perform an extra set on the more-hooded side and it helps tremendously. She also has another short video specifically for hooded eyes, that's a great one too :) Hope this helps!
I have the exact same issue !! Not only my eyes are hooded but the right one is more hooded than the left eye (i can never do winged eyeliner or even eyeshadow it just disappears 😢) and i also want to slim down the appearance if my round face , so i have high hopes ! I’ve done this for around 2 weeks now. My eyes look so different. They are lifted and so much brighter. I can’t believe it made such a difference. So I’m a week in and wow the changes are incredible already, very slight but noticeable. I seen some big changes around day 5. It’s really helping to define my cheeks and jawline, my forehead seem longer and more relaxed (normally have quite a short forehead) face seems more symmetrical and I’ve noticed that my face shape is looking more oval as before it was starting to look quite square. I have a very tense face and TMJ issues and this has relaxed it wonderfully, I don’t clench my jaw as much now and I’m more aware of what the muscles in my face are doing. It’s helped me to relax my scalp which has always been very tight which leads to migraines and pressure point pains. Overall I’ve seen some amazing things happening and I’m looking forward to more improvements. Also my skin texture seems smoother and more glowy. Love this wish I had of tried it sooner.

I got Bell's Palsy after getting a mild case of Covid almost a year ago. I got bored of doing the same recommended therapeutic face messages. I've been trying others on RUclips. Yours is one of the best. I was never much interested in preserving a youthful appearance but after completing nearly a year of messages I would say my face muscles are stronger and more vibrant. Our modern soft diet as well as exercises that focus on the larger muscles end up leaving our faces under worked and flaccid. I now believe face message is an important component of health.

Pleasantly surprised by the results. At the start, I was thinking of getting masseter Botox for mild tmj, and I had a lot of painful pressure points on my face. After a few weeks, those pressure points have disappeared and my face has thinned out enough for me not to be concerned about getting Botox (nothing dramatic like the photos, but enough for me to be happy)
Day 21✅ My whole face is lifted and my hair is a lot healthier. I do it in the morning and night. It is so calming and makes me feel better after a rough day. My eyebrows are higher, Asian eyes a little less hooded. I used to get bullied at school for them being so small, but now they just stare in shock! I’ve got beautiful cat eyes now❤❤❤ and acne is minimised. My checks are high, lips bigger, nose smaller and jawline is less square now. My square face is now heart shaped! Most importantly my migraines are soothed and I love myself much more. I do this ten minute one at night and the morning massage and hooded eye one in the morning. Remember all that matters is consistency. It’s ok if you can only do the ten minute one. ❤I do each step as much as she does it in the video. Despite the results, I have a little anxiety if I am doing it right. ❤I try not to press too hard so it doesn’t get swollen and and slowly melt till I feel the bone. Remember to be gentle on your body! And also everyone has different body’s and this massage may not be as effective for some people who have got a healthy lymphatic flow. I sorry if it is boring or hard to read.😢 Update: ✅ Day 32- Although this is not related to the face massage my skin was suddenly very dry my acne got painful. I was really confused. Then I realised I hadn’t drank water in a couple days. My cat died. I just focused on grief and anger and nothing else. So remember your diet, hydration and inner peace is extremely important. As of the face massage my whole face continues to improve. I recently got my passport and in the picture my left eyebrow is lower than the other. Full 2 weeks update here My concerns- crease between eyebrows, eyelid skin observed to be coming closer to lashline, asymmetry. *I had been using Gua sha on and off. No weight loss or gain seen* (1st update) 3 days into the massage. 1 time a day. If I don't update after 2 weeks, I might have lost the comment. Comment down in that case so that I can update. Final update- 1. Lines between the eyebrows- 'glabellar lines' have lightened though still there. 2. General toned look to the face even though I didn't have much fat on my face. 3. More awareness about my facial expression. My face looked strained/tensed before the exercise. After 2 weeks, I am aware of the facial muscles tensing up and can consciously correct it. 4. Defined jawline, though not very prominent. 5. Instant lifted look. Specially in the eyebrow region. But the effect is temporary. What didn't change- My eyelids didn't lift back. There is no magic glow on the face. Don't see any drastic changes on the face. Final thoughts- 1. When done for longer periods, the exercise will train the muscles to lift itself. 2. It is great for people who have stressed looking face. 3. You cannot expect huge changes in 2 weeks. Your exercise is competing with gravity, your sleep position and chewing habits. So, it will take time to see bigger changes. 4. Can be substituted with Gua sha. But I personally think that one step- the sliding down to the glabella is a better massage to reduce lines there, unlike, in Gua sha videos where they simply slide the tool upwards. 5. I wouldn't do it everyday because I had a feeling that my hairline went back a little- though not very observable. And I would want some amount of fat on my face. *it is a good massage in general*
I was always really insecure about how I look in photos, I am at a healthy weight for my height, but because i carry a lot of weight in my face I always look puffy and fat in pictures. Okay, so ive been doing this for a week, but as everyone said, the results are pretty much visible. I always wake up to a bloated face, but it has improved lately. I also noticed that my face is more symmetrical if i sleep on my back (i usually sleep on my side so making that change was harder than any other thing)
2nd day and I already feel that my face looks more toned and i see some extra glow too. I enjoy this me time during my morning skincare routine. I will update in 2 weeks
I did this to relax my facial muscles for opera singing, but after doing it only once, I wasn’t expecting any visible changes but my eyes and brows are lifted and my face looks better(?) and more toned. It also relaxed all my facial muscles and helping to keep it relaxed while singing. I will keep doing this daily because it WORKS edit: this also helped my posture
Hi, I've done this massage for 6 months twice a week. And I must say it helps a little with small wrinkles on the forhead and lifted eyelid with asymetrical eye. It's not magic, just muscles relaxation, limfatic and blood flow. Routine is the key. However, I'm glad I found this small tutorial. Thank you. I saw first effects after 2 weeks. I'm 37. P.s. Avoid doing it in the evening. You might be more swollen after the sleep in the night.

@natm3124 Once I started face (and really head/neck) massage I realized just how much swelling and potentially stagnant fluids I DID have around my cheeks, eyes, and under jaw area. It sounds gross but it's totally natural, and inflammatory habits like drinking, too much salt, etc all contribute to the swelling. We're human, I'm gonna do what I want, but the massage helps dramatically lol. I also personally deal with jaw issues and clench when I'm stressed, so massage has helped to relax these muscles - which in turn, seems to have a positive psychological impact as well (just as smiling tricks your brain into feeling better, etc). Benefits are there for sure, but it'll be a different kind of awesome for each person :) hope this helps, thanks for asking!!

I'm super cynical about this but going to commit for four weeks and give weekly updates, watch this space! Week 1 update: as promised, I've done this every evening for a week! Firstly it's just so nice to have a routine to get out of my head and into my body with this relaxing massage before bed. In terms of differences in the face, maybe I'm tripping but i think my facial asymmetry has lessened slightly. My left eye was always more hooded than the right and they seem more even now. Anyway, I'll continue for week 2 and see what happens! Week 2 update: the changes are subtle, but definitely there. My facial asymmetry continues to lessen, and my partner has been particularly complimentary about my looks this week. Let's see what 3 weeks has in store!

A brilliant tutorial. I am too a qualified massage therapist and have a technique I developed to tone and lift my face, chest and neck. What we are essentially doing is releasing muscle tension and draining the lymph nodes. This is how we lift the face, (as the lymphs become clear from toxic build up) and become youthful in our looks. We also increase our feel good hormones which makes our muscles relax. Honestly surprised with how well this works on opening up my eyes! I've actually noticed my cheekbones more defined. I've been losing weight so of course that is a factor, but I noticed this change within a week, which feels insane! The biggest thing I've noticed though, is that my normal jaw pain from clenching is vastly improved. On days I have more pain, after I do this exercise my pain is significantly lessened. Probably going to start the jaw specific exercises to see how much that helps as well!

Chest flies at the gym really help as well as push ups and pull ups! I de-sagged my chest by doing pectoral exercises after losing 65lbs and it worked very well.

How do I know if I am doing these exercises correctly?
@@nafnghg9685 What helped me was to make sure I was massaging the muscle underneath and not the facial skin itself. I started to feel my facial muscles engaging while doing the exercises and I began to notice them looking more defined too. The trick is to continually press into the skin until you feel the muscle, and slowly glide your hands into and over the muscle. You don't want to do the moves too quickly either. Your fingers should melt into the surface rather than running over it, that's what I found to be the difference between working the muscle and simply massaging the facial skin.

Hello guys, I'm gonna start to try these for two weeks and I'll update here. My problems with my face are the swelling and since I already have a round face, it gives me that nasolabial fold that makes me look old. I have wrinkles in my forehead as well and I'm only 23 years old. Anyway, I really hope this works for me. I'll try to balance my diet as well (I eat too much sugar). I'll uptade weekly. :)
Update on first week: Hello! First week finished. I am very proud of myself for being consistent and going through with this. As for the results, I only start seeing a few changes after the fourth day. I can notice my face looks more lifted and youthful.
Of course it's not a major change as this is a process to keep going. My eyebrows look a bit lifted and my face slimmed a bit. The nasolabial marks and wrinkles in my forehead look faded. Not completely gone, but so much better! I feel so much prettier.
Now I'm heading to week two and I can't wait to bring you guys more updates. So far, I recommend this massage. Not only for the results, but because it also does wonders for our wellbeing. It's good to literally be in touch with yourself.
Second Week: This is amazing! My face definitely slimmed A LOT and it looks so much more sculptured and lifted. I feel like my eyes opened up a bit, I don't know if that makes sense. I just feel like I look younger. For the my nasolabial fold, I feel like it got way better. Still not as good as I want, but seeing a difference makes me feel determined to keep going with this routine. And for my forehead wrinkles, after the first fade they didn't change anymore and still there. :( I think I'm gonna add her forehead wrinkes routine to the massage and see if it helps.
Overall, I super recommend this! I feel so much prettier and satisfied with my looks. Even if the change might be minimal, for us who are obsessed with our self image it's a lot. I'm going to keep doing this and hope for bigger changes in the next days. I can't believe it's been only two weeks. I'll look forward to see how different I'm gonna look after a month!

This works. As someone who is impatient with results, I was really happy because I saw them in 12 days 😭. The major difference was in my right eye because it was more hooded than my left, and now they’re basically symmetrical and my right eye is more open. When I'm slacking and the difference is particularly noticeable, I'll pause the video and perform an extra set on the more-hooded side and it helps tremendously. She also has another short video specifically for hooded eyes, that's a great one too :) Hope this helps!
I have the exact same issue !! Not only my eyes are hooded but the right one is more hooded than the left eye (i can never do winged eyeliner or even eyeshadow it just disappears 😢) and i also want to slim down the appearance if my round face , so i have high hopes ! i want to tell all the amazing people, that it works, i have been doing it for three days, and my mid cheek line has gone, and i have trying for one year, no massages were working out, and this one worked in three days
I’ve done this for around 2 weeks now. My eyes look so different. They are lifted and so much brighter. I can’t believe it made such a difference. My skin looks more radiant, and I see some slight improvements in my jawline. I had an appointment to get microneedling done next month and I’m considering cancelling it because I’m seeing the glow in my skin return that I haven’t had in a few years. Same here!!! This is my 6-7th day doing the massage and I couldn’t do the masseter release correctly. Today I did it correctly because I became dizzy for a moment and then my ears felt clear. I live in Texas and the spring allergies have really taken a toll on me (6 years of allergy shots and still my ears are messed up). I never imagined a facial massage could help.

Should I use oil before doing the massage?
So I’m a week in and wow the changes are incredible already, very slight but noticeable. I seen some big changes around day 5. It’s really helping to define my cheeks and jawline, my forehead seem longer and more relaxed (normally have quite a short forehead) face seems more symmetrical and I’ve noticed that my face shape is looking more oval as before it was starting to look quite square. I have a very tense face and TMJ issues and this has relaxed it wonderfully, I don’t clench my jaw as much now and I’m more aware of what the muscles in my face are doing. It’s helped me to relax my scalp which has always been very tight which leads to migraines and pressure point pains. Overall I’ve seen some amazing things happening and I’m looking forward to more improvements. Also my skin texture seems smoother and more glowy. Love this wish I had of tried it sooner.

I got Bell's Palsy after getting a mild case of Covid almost a year ago. I got bored of doing the same recommended therapeutic face messages. I've been trying others on RUclips. Yours is one of the best. I was never much interested in preserving a youthful appearance but after completing nearly a year of messages I would say my face muscles are stronger and more vibrant. Our modern soft diet as well as exercises that focus on the larger muscles end up leaving our faces under worked and flaccid. I now believe face message is an important component of health.
Has your Bell’s palsy resolved? Did you continue to use this massage routine? Since it’s been a few months since you posted, do you still find benefit?

Pleasantly surprised by the results. At the start, I was thinking of getting masseter Botox for mild tmj, and I had a lot of painful pressure points on my face. After a few weeks, those pressure points have disappeared and my face has thinned out enough for me not to be concerned about getting Botox (nothing dramatic like the photos, but enough for me to be happy)

Day 21✅ My whole face is lifted and my hair is a lot healthier. I do it in the morning and night. It is so calming and makes me feel better after a rough day. My eyebrows are higher, Asian eyes a little less hooded. I used to get bullied at school for them being so small, but now they just stare in shock! I’ve got beautiful cat eyes now❤❤❤ and acne is minimised. My checks are high, lips bigger, nose smaller and jawline is less square now. My square face is now heart shaped! Most importantly my migraines are soothed and I love myself much more.
I do this ten minute one at night and the morning massage and hooded eye one in the morning. Remember all that matters is consistency. It’s ok if you can only do the ten minute one. ❤I do each step as much as she does it in the video. Despite the results, I have a little anxiety if I am doing it right. ❤I try not to press too hard so it doesn’t get swollen and and slowly melt till I feel the bone. Remember to be gentle on your body!
And also everyone has different body’s and this massage may not be as effective for some people who have got a healthy lymphatic flow. Good luck! ❤

✅ Day 32- Although this is not related to the face massage my skin was suddenly very dry my acne got painful. I was really confused. Then I realised I hadn’t drank water in a couple days. My cat died. I just focused on grief and anger and nothing else.
So remember your diet, hydration and inner peace is extremely important. As of the face massage my whole face continues to improve. I recently got my passport and in the picture my left eyebrow is lower than the other. Since my left hand is less stronger it didn’t lift my tissue as effectively. So keep that in mind and good luck!💗💗

My concerns- crease between eyebrows, eyelid skin observed to be coming closer to lashline, asymmetry.
*I had been using Gua sha on and off. No weight loss or gain seen*
(1st update) 3 days into the massage. 1 time a day.
If I don't update after 2 weeks, I might have lost the comment. Comment down in that case so that I can update.
Final update-
1. Lines between the eyebrows- 'glabellar lines' have lightened though still there.
2. General toned look to the face even though I didn't have much fat on my face.
3. More awareness about my facial expression. My face looked strained/tensed before the exercise. After 2 weeks, I am aware of the facial muscles tensing up and can consciously correct it.
4. Defined jawline, though not very prominent.
5. Instant lifted look. Specially in the eyebrow region. But the effect is temporary.
What didn't change- My eyelids didn't lift back. There is no magic glow on the face. Don't see any drastic changes on the face.
Final thoughts-
1. When done for longer periods, the exercise will train the muscles to lift itself.
2. It is great for people who have stressed looking face.
3. You cannot expect huge changes in 2 weeks. Your exercise is competing with gravity, your sleep position and chewing habits. So, it will take time to see bigger changes.
4. Can be substituted with Gua sha. But I personally think that one step- the sliding down to the glabella is a better massage to reduce lines there, unlike, in Gua sha videos where they simply slide the tool upwards.
5. I wouldn't do it everyday because I had a feeling that my hairline went back a little- though not very observable. And I would want some amount of fat on my face.

I was always really insecure about how I look in photos, I am at a healthy weight for my height, but because i carry a lot of weight in my face I always look puffy and fat in pictures. I hope this will help reduce this! I look pretty simmilar to how you looked a few years ago so.. hoping for the best!😊
I've seen so many face massage on YT and TikTok. Yours are the best and easiest technique by far. I've only tried your technique 2 times and I can see and feel the difference on my face. Okay, so ive been doing this for a week, but as everyone said, the results are pretty much visible. I always wake up to a bloated face, but it has improved lately. I also noticed that my face is more symmetrical if i sleep on my back (i usually sleep on my side so making that change was harder than any other thing)
2nd day and I already feel that my face looks more toned and i see some extra glow too. I enjoy this me time during my morning skincare routine. I will update in 2 weeks

I did this to relax my facial muscles for opera singing, but after doing it only once, I wasn’t expecting any visible changes but my eyes and brows are lifted and my face looks better(?) and more toned. It also relaxed all my facial muscles and helping to keep it relaxed while singing. I will keep doing this daily because it WORKS

Hi, I've done this massage for 6 months twice a week. And I must say it helps a little with small wrinkles on the forhead and lifted eyelid with asymetrical eye. It's not magic, just muscles relaxation, limfatic and blood flow. Routine is the key. However, I'm glad I found this small tutorial. Thank you. I saw first effects after 2 weeks. I'm 37.
P.s. Avoid doing it in the evening. You might be more swollen after the sleep in the night.

What differences have you noticed?
@natm3124 Once I started face (and really head/neck) massage I realized just how much swelling and potentially stagnant fluids I DID have around my cheeks, eyes, and under jaw area. It sounds gross but it's totally natural, and inflammatory habits like drinking, too much salt, etc all contribute to the swelling. We're human, I'm gonna do what I want, but the massage helps dramatically lol. I also personally deal with jaw issues and clench when I'm stressed, so massage has helped to relax these muscles - which in turn, seems to have a positive psychological impact as well (just as smiling tricks your brain into feeling better, etc). Benefits are there for sure, but it'll be a different kind of awesome for each person :) hope this helps, thanks for asking!!

Week 1 update: as promised, I've done this every evening for a week! Firstly it's just so nice to have a routine to get out of my head and into my body with this relaxing massage before bed. In terms of differences in the face, maybe I'm tripping but i think my facial asymmetry has lessened slightly. My left eye was always more hooded than the right and they seem more even now. Anyway, I'll continue for week 2 and see what happens!
Week 2 update: the changes are subtle, but definitely there. My facial asymmetry continues to lessen, and my partner has been particularly complimentary about my looks this week. Let's see what 3 weeks has in store!

I had no clue how much tension I held in my chest, neck and head until I started doing these.
I had no clue when I massaged my eyebrows that they would be so tense.
I started out doing these for beauty, but I am going to continue for how good they make my face feel!
1st day: No results, but I felt sooo much better! ✅
2nd day: Still the same, but the massage is super relaxing! I did it two times today!✅
3rd day: Still the same too! No results!✅

A brilliant tutorial. I am too a qualified massage therapist and have a technique I developed to tone and lift my face, chest and neck.
What we are essentially doing is releasing muscle tension and draining the lymph nodes.
This is how we lift the face, (as the lymphs become clear from toxic build up) and become youthful in our looks. We also increase our feel good hormones which makes our muscles relax.

I did this and saw a difference after 2 days! I’m already quite anabolic due to my diet but this was still a surprise.
I've been doing this in the mornings before I get out of bed. Then I spend another 30 minutes on my skin care. ( I'm retired so time is more abundant) But seriously, males and females, take care of your skin, you won't fear looking in the mirror when you're my age !

Honestly surprised with how well this works on opening up my eyes! I've actually noticed my cheekbones more defined. I've been losing weight so of course that is a factor, but I noticed this change within a week, which feels insane! The biggest thing I've noticed though, is that my normal jaw pain from clenching is vastly improved. On days I have more pain, after I do this exercise my pain is significantly lessened. Probably going to start the jaw specific exercises to see how much that helps as well!

Update 1: So I did it for 20 days?? Yeah I guess so though I have skipped 2-3 days in the middle but overall I've seen so much changes on my face. When I tell you I've never looked good during my pms but I do right now, you know it works! Also for the record I'm 21, been doing low impact workouts for a while and on a slight calorie deficit. All of them are collectively responsible for my face looking more symmetrical.

They never recommend doing this stuff at night! Since you’re activating lymphatic drainage… it should be some hours before you go to bed

Chest flies at the gym really help as well as push ups and pull ups! I de-sagged my chest by doing pectoral exercises after losing 65lbs and it worked very well.
