- There are a couple of ways of turning off AVC on your Spektrum radio receiver. Example shown here is the DX5C with SRS6000 receiver.
#Spektrum #AVC Авто/Мото
Thank you so much, this has helped me so much, even after a year since you posted. I did not know about the trigger pull/push and steering right/left.
I can’t believe I only found this now. Lol. After so much frustration with my Losi Tenacity 😂
This video was very helpful. Thank you. I kept turning AVC to Inh (Off) but it still handled oddly.
Great video and very informative! I figured this out a few years back when these spektrum avc receivers starting coming with several RTR 1/5th scale rc’s. Unfortunately AVC and gas powered kill switches aren’t compatible together, so I had the scrap them for non avc receivers. Great info nonetheless!
Thanks for the great vid . Helped me out 👍
thank you just got a srs6000 for my axial scx10 iii and this worked
Dude you are a rock star! Thank you!!!
Thanks for the video. It works using the DX2E radio as well :)
dungeon racer awesome!
Thank you! I just comped and it was killing me!
glad it helped!
Thanks. Great totorial.
Thanks. Great video, you so my problem :)
Great info👍 I usually cheat and do option 1😎
Thanks alot man that solved my problem, subed 🌞🌞🌞😎
McFly glad the video helped, thanks for subbing!
I also do Option 1. It's just quicker that way. Honestly, I'm too lazy to do option 2
Got this on C and D button so i dont have to go into the menu
Question. Can you duplicate a rc so that it has 2 models on 1 radio but wth AVC on one and off on the other without having to rebind when switching the models? I have the InfractionV2 with the handbrake and I added lights to it. I usually run a light switch off chan3 but the handbrake is already there and since I have AVC activated I can’t use the other two aux channels. So is it possible to have the infraction in model 1 spot with AVC on and also have it in model 2 spot with AVC off?
Nice motor and ESC combo! 🤪
I've hit 85 on 4s only with this setup
Will dx5c work with Killer Bee switch now for my gasser?
Thank you!!
Will the srs6000 work with a dx4c?
Thanks buddy! With method 1, the aux 1 is basically unusable. It is set to control the gain. I need to use all five channel so I have to use method 2.
Ng Paolo awesome, glad it helped!
So now we can buy the killer bee and turn off avc. Right?
By doing this will the aux channels be functional?
Can AVC be turned off if I still want my fail safe to work? Thanks
Holy $#!@ thats stupid! I dont have any spectrum but have enough trouble trying to figure out my m11x radio. Great "how to" video!
Thaaank you!!!! Gosh
What shocks are those
Dear Razor! If you still have a Spectrum DX5C w/SR6100AT please explain how to setup a failsafe. Thank you!
Thanks for this Video!
I was struggling with this AVC. :)
Hi I got this radio and receiver as a present and was already able to disable avc but wasn't sure I did it correct since I still have problems. Tnx to your video I know I did this part correct.
I only have old servos and none of them correctly on the srs6000. Once connected they all jitter and vibrate constantly. And Don't move smoothly.
The servos work perfectly fine on other brand radios.
Can the srs6000 not handle analog servos?
I think the SRS6000 only works with digital servos, I never tried it with an analog one.
thanks bro
Very nice
Didn’t notice the contra code
Question
I did everything you did except the code and it still disabled BUT the steering throw was less when I did that. When I turned avc back on the full steering came back. Have you checked to see if your travels the same with and without avc on?
Yes, seems like it's the same. I think you have to set the steering travel before binding, probably doesn't work right if you set the travel after binding.
The travel hast to be a minimum of 80% befor binding.
Ots not a code as stated in the video. It is for calibrating the transmitter and reciever.
Hey buddy, just a quick question. This receiver 6000 can take a 2s lipo and has no problem with the servo's?
I run mine with 2 and 3s
im trying this with my dx2e active tx. for my tenacity truggy and i just cannot get it to work.
Try again, I just did this with my DX2E and it disabled the receiver
Hi there.
Hopefully this message gets seen. So a strange thing happend. I turned on my kraton for first time in maybe 6 months. So Dx5c on, car on… now usually you have the common 5/6 beeps the car does before its ready to go. But now it does like 2 beeps then the fan slows down and its just idle. But check this… if i turn my steering full right lock it ramps up the fan again, the beeping resumes as normal and then its ready to go. It will actually drive (but only in full lock to the right😰) when i let go of the steering wheel the the fans slow down again and the car is idle. Any idea how to fix this bizarre problem?
Is that receiver water proof
Interesting
Yes cool:)
Just so perfect video to full disable AVC especially with Crawling vehicles and using all channels. Thx.
Glad you liked it!
Wow, finally! Thanks a lot. Does somebody know how this avc system can be usefull ?
If your doing a drag race and you want to go straight!
I bought mine from someone and it’s not in English. How do I change the language back to English
😂 man I had to pause this video so many times and look at you remote in English up stand mine. I was able to bind it but I still don’t understand the language
Man radios are more expensive than I thought...
That is a low cost radio for the features it has. Some cost hundreds more.
Nathan Zari the Flysky FS-GT5 has most of the features of this one for about $75-80 US. I think that’s a good choice for under $100 and it has AVC/SVC.
@@RazorRC I have a Flysk FS-GT3B and I'm going to install it on my ARRMA senton. I like the Gt3b because the value, and I'm not a racer, so I don't need all the features and speed of a race radio or higher end radio.
But it keeps the car straight why turn it off
topchoice32 AVC dulls the responsiveness of the steering. It also does weird things in the air when you jump because it doesn’t know you’re in the air and tries to autocorrect the steering. I prefer to be in control, not the computer.
You kept the values at 0% after supposedly disabling AVC and yet you can still hear the servo making noise so I don't think your second method actually disabled it.
The second way is what the manual says to do. The slow blinking light means AVC has been disabled, which is what you need in racing to prove it's off.
I not have remote control. But I have avc receiver srs6000.or I can use other remote control too or no pls tell me
It didn’t work
That is NOT a contra code. That is the reciever in programming mode. You are setting 100% and 0% in all the controllers axis to calibrate it.
it was a joke
@@RazorRC dude took the joke way to seriously... Bet he's fun at parties
that is so wrong.. it's not country code.. But calibration
It was a joke, I said "contra code", which was a Nintendo Entertainment System code back in the 80's to give you unlimited lives.
