Thanks for the summary of the metrics. But my question is how to prepare these reports/metrics from the scratch ? Will Jira create this report automatically ? or we need to create step by step ?
@maheshtesteng a lot of these reports are already available in Jira and they are calculated automatically based on what you've been doing in the software. For example, if you add story points to your tickets and start and close Sprints, Jira will automatically calculate your velocity. That's just one example.
