All Scrum events are timeboxed, except for the sprint itself. The sprint has a fixed length (1 to 4 weeks), meaning it doesn’t change once you set it, even if you hit your goal early. Scrum is not a process. There are no "roles," but accountabilities. The SCRUM TEAM is developers, SM, and PO. So when you say "team", what you mean is "developers". There is no thing called "squad" in Scrum. It's important to know and use the right terminology. Your video needs some work 😉
