Просмотров 5414 часов назад
Here I challenge ChatGPT to step into the world of ICF coaching and role-play through the three coaching levels: ACC, PCC, and MCC. 🎯 Can AI really meet the International Coaching Federation's high standards? Can ChatGPT Advanced Voice Mode Cope with Accents?!
Просмотров 8521 день назад
Today I'm testing out the new Windows client (beta) advanced mode, using the classic Extended DISC behavioural styles to work through different emotions.🖥️👥 I dive into each style’s unique characteristics and try and get her (it!) to take on its own "voice" for each one. But here’s where it gets interesting... 🎉 Near the end, it picks up on my accent-not only my original one but also hints of w...

    Hi! Just a few corrections based on the Scrum Guide to clarify the timeframes for Scrum events so there's no confusion. Here's the breakdown: -Sprint Planning: Up to 8 hours for a 1-month sprint. -Daily Scrum: 15 minutes each day. -Sprint Review: Up to 4 hours for a 1-month sprint, or 2 hours for a 2-week sprint. -Sprint Retrospective: Max to 3 hours for a 1-month sprint. All Scrum events are timeboxed, except for the sprint itself. The sprint has a fixed length (1 to 4 weeks), meaning it doesn’t change once you set it, even if you hit your goal early. Thanks for sharing, and I hope this helps clarify!

    Scrum is not a process. There are no "roles," but accountabilities. The SCRUM TEAM is developers, SM, and PO. So when you say "team", what you mean is "developers". There is no thing called "squad" in Scrum. It's important to know and use the right terminology. Your video needs some work 😉

    • @jochem68
      @jochem68 5 месяцев назад

    Calling spinach an AI scrum master is a misnomer. As you said, Scrum Masters are more than process owners.

  • @Knacki42
    @Knacki42 9 месяцев назад

    Well, first Spinach wants to connect to a lot of company systems to suck information. My company won't allow this to happen, especially when the data will be stored outside Europe. So unfortunately I won't be able to try out the software.

    Thanks for such a helpful video. We are planning a workshop next week face to face with the strategy you mentioned in this video. But the comment you made in last that it works with remote session well. What should we do in order to make it useful for face to face session as we are already set up with this strategy.

    AI lacks, and will go on lacking, fundamental non-machinable things such as empathy, emotions, wisdom, without these AI may get better and better at reducing routine work not the magic of human nature behavior. This is not a game of chess where a learning machine can out-play you :)

    • @peopleoverprocess
      @peopleoverprocess Год назад

      Hey Aras. Yes completely agree! Unfortunately I think many people find themselves in roles which end up mainly being routine - even ones that in theory should not be like a Scrum Master. I think that is the challenge, which is to leverage AI to do the heavy lifting of the routine work, letting you lean into the non-machinable things (at least for now!)

    • @peopleoverprocess
      @peopleoverprocess Год назад

      Agreed Stephen. Its the speed of the transition that is going to take people and organisations unawares. An interesting couple of years ahead!

  • @michelleprosser-roberts6103
    @michelleprosser-roberts6103 Год назад

    Thanks Stephen. I have certainly seen some of the toxins in both team and family life. What do you think is the best way to address these in a team environment? Do you bring it up in a retro? And or play your video to see if anyone can identify ?

    • @peopleoverprocess
      @peopleoverprocess Год назад

      I think calling it out (and recognising in yourself) is the first step. Its not easy though, and very confronting. When it takes hold in a team or in an organisation though it really can be really tough to move on from. And of course playing the video is great idea too! 😁
