Anyway, here’s a classic brownie recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
• 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Beat in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until the batter is smooth. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the brownies begin to pull away from the edges of the pan. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
