I used such a Box here in Germany, no one of them off. Apps worked and i run into many problems, so I replaced it and used a Linux Mini-PC and all things Worked instantaneously.

I buyed this potato, and i have restart at the any random moments for example when you switch wlan off then on or when you leave from some app that uses internet connection. I can't install firmware from tanix web.. Native upgrader no wanna take firmware and online update does'nt works too. I think the problem in WLAN driver. Tanix is bad solution for TV at all.
A mate of mine bought one of rhese boxes recently he said he has access to any tv show movie etc thats on netflix stan paramount etc plus he said he can watch stuff thats at the cinemas also not camera jobs but good quality .

It's what gave rise Android boxes in the early days, and it still is, but you for yourself will have to source information on other platforms on where you can get the content. My channel was suspended three times and I almost lost it it wasn't for the help of my dear friend @TechDoctorUK who a master of this type of content is but he to had to pulled back and focus mainly on official types of free streaming. To close apps running in the background you have to install the menu button alternative navigation bar as the Alice UX launcher does not have one. Installed by using the APK found on this page and then you can click the recent apps feature and close all apps in the background.
This tv box not having any ventilation hole scares me as i love its build and might consider it. Just want to know if it overheats and how it will affects its long time durability? I am picking interest and i will love to have one of it. Thanks as u reply me.
It has a borderline overheating so it's not the best when it comes to heat management. If you are only using it for streaming movies and TV shows it will last a very long, but if you want to jam it constantly with gaming then naturally it will die before it's time. Unless you open the case and apply a cooling fan of your own.

If you are using a Wi-Fi 6 router it may not recognize the newer technology. Its network adapter is Wi-Fi AC. For navigation bar use this one - play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jettoast.menubutton be sure to enable root access using the root switch or else the recent apps feature on the bar will not work. I Don´t understand why all Boxes with amlogic chip won´t get the 64Bit Abi´s.... They´re really powerful but crippled itself. Would love to see an Alternative to my Old Rockchip Box to run Ubuntu over Userland or Termux... Seems like Google needs to make their System 64Bit only finally.
I was informed that brands are continuously requesting 64bit, but Amlogic would not allow it on their chipsets under Android. They did not give any reason why.

I had a Tanix TV box a couple of years ago it was the worst TV box I had ever owned it would crash at a drop of a hat. It to did good on all RUclips before but mine was a nightmare from hell itself.
@@tvboxstop I paid over a hundred and it had a lot of storage. I think it had 32 and my Nvidia Shield only has 16. right now I am using Beelink GT King pro. I had it almost a year and it has developed a problem with the sound. a lot of the time I have to close a RUclips video and reopen it to get sound. I have read negative reviews on the Beelink GT King pro and most developed a problem with the wlfi after they had it a while but I never developed that problem. I tried factory reset and the problem never went away so it's a hardware problem not a software problem. I'm not worried because if it stops working I will go to my Nvidia Shield.
First you open the Miracast app, then on your mobile phone install the app Miracast display from the play store. Open the app and the press the big orange connect button to scan for the TV Box. Android TV OS is designed to work on devices meant to connect to a TV. This means it is designed to be controlled by a direction keys and not touch controls. Also the Google Play store is very different and restricted leaving you to sldeload lots of apps via APK. The regular Android when installed on a TV box is also a bit different from on a mobile phone. With 4K 2160p res and surround sound features that you don't get on a mobile phone. You also don't get touchscreen controls.

For local updates leave the firmware in zip format. Load it onto a flash drive and browse to the flash drive to find the zip file.

It does work but not on this box because the manufacture did not include it in the firmware. Boxes from brands such as Ugoos has that feature.

Yes I encountered this issue before, but unfortunately I have not figured out how to change them was added. I believe one time I reset the entire box.
