This is so sweet! My son's are plant based and my youngest, who has never eaten meat, loves watching your videos and seeing a vegan male chef! He will sit next to me while I edit (I'm a photographer) and cuddle up watching these! It's so much better than stuff kids are watching his age and now he has started to ask me if he could help me cook! This may be my new favorite video and I can't wait to share it with my son!

You were lucky to cook ravioli in school in cookery class. Can you imagine we were asked to bring in a bought Swiss roll and Birds Custard ? . My dad refused to supply the stuff. And I sat alone while the other girls and one boy " cooked " the stuff. I went on to work in kitchens , it was my passion , my life, my joy. I love your creativity and I especially loved your time spent in Jamaica, my kind of vibe, my kind of food , my kind of music . I'm old enough to be your Grandma .

Honestly I nearly welled up at the end. Watching some one that whole heartedly loves what they do is a pleasure.. I love cooking for other people so much, some times I wish I had staying in the industry. Now I am a gardener, which is an honour to do. This is one of my favourite videos of all times of Gaz and I have been watching since he was a nervous young chef new to being filmed and making amazing food years ago. Especially the love he shows his mother who does so much for him. His kitchen suits him so well. It's like Tuscany meets a farmhouse kitchen, just beautiful 🥰
Gaz your videos landed in my world when I was in my last trimester with my son; I’m not kidding when I say I would watch them back to back from my little nest preparing for a home birth and waiting patiently for his arrival. EVERYDAY for about 5 /6 weeks I’d watch your videos with my Mum on the couch and we’d only pause to make lunch because we were alwys so hungry 🤣 it was the most inspiring, wholesome time for me. Thankyou for everything you create, share and offer this community. My son (21months old) loves to help in the kitchen, he’s such a foody and every now and then I’ll let him watch an episode with me - he’s fascinated by your chopping, your garden and when you’re mixing foods… he loooooves it and claps and goes “Num Num Num Num” as if to send me straight into the kitchen 😂 You have brought so much joy to my life as a Mum, raising my son and preparing food in the home. I love seeing your Mum in videos too; what a special Bond you have ❤

Now, have you ever thought about surprising someone in their own home to cook up a feast regardless to the size of their kitchen???? Maybe during a special holiday season like Christmas, New Year, Easter etc. Great way to introduce folks to tasty vegan food on a budget. Now Gaz, you got an invite for sure, so don't be shy.
