+The Backyard BBQ Show - BBQFOOD4U They're extra filling too compared to a normal ABT! Loved these!! Hope you get a lot of new subs from the shout out brother, you deserve it!
I gotta get on the ball,Rus is always one step ahead of me,and theres nothing left by the time I get there! Great vid Larry thanks will be doin these real soon!
Hey Larry you had me at Jalapeno :-) I wish Habanero peppers were big enough to stuff. I have only made BBQ poppers which I have a video of. Yours look most excellent :-) A "BIG" thumbs up and right into my CULINARY playlist :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!
Bacon wrapped Jalapeno Poppers are really tough to top, BUT. With the Italian Sausage on the inside, and the cheese, these just might be worthy of a try. I'm thinking a touch of tomato paste in the mix might be nice, also. Thanks for the inspiration, Larry!
Watching your back catalog now, and I must say, I like this recipe. I always deep fry my wings with the two bath method, But I think I'll try to pan fry/single dip then do your method with the instant teriyaki/sriracha toss. Great technique, great content. Great channel!
I have two jalapeno pepper plants that are non spicy and out of two plants I have so many ingrown right now I got to find out a good use for him this video has answered what I'm going to do thank you
this is the most unique jalapeno popper recipe I've seen on the internet and trust me I've been looking all over. ! I guarantee and nobody's going to answer my question but can you freeze these after you make them? I mean they have frozen pizza so why can't you make frozen jalapeno popper pizza poppers ?
+vanscoyoc LOL Yeah usually I leave the stems on when I do them in bacon, but actually removed all of these because like you said......they'd be hidden! Thanks for watching!
I usually leave the stems on for handles when I wrap them in bacon and they still stick out. I anticipated they would do the same thing with these and stick out but they didn't. lol Thanks for watching, let me know how you like them!
question larry: ive seen people use a whole egg, egg with water, and just egg yolk for the "egg wash" aspect; is there a difference in using either of those 3?
+John Garnier Good question John and to be honest, I've done all three ways you mentioned for different applications. I don't have a definitive answer, only my opinion, so here goes. The only time I usually add milk or water to an egg wash is to 'lighten' up the consistency of the egg when I'm breading something to be fried or when making French toast. If you don't 'dilute' (if you will) the egg with milk or water depending on the application, then the egg becomes dense and 'eggy' in my opinion.....if that makes any sense.
Ok you made enough for me, what are you going to eat? Looks killer Larry! I would be all over these!
+Smoky Ribs LOL! These little suckers were a lot more filling than your average popper......I made myself miserable!! Thanks for watching Rus!

+Juanelo1946 Thank you John! Unfortunately these poppers have very little heat.....had I known that I would have used spicy sausage!

+vanscoyoc LOL Yeah usually I leave the stems on when I do them in bacon, but actually removed all of these because like you said......they'd be hidden! Thanks for watching!
👍
+LAWANA MOUZON Thank you Lawana!
You should cut the stems off. You wouldn't want to bite into that. Other then that I can't wait to try this myself!
I usually leave the stems on for handles when I wrap them in bacon and they still stick out. I anticipated they would do the same thing with these and stick out but they didn't. lol Thanks for watching, let me know how you like them!
Will these retain their spicy-hot jalapeño flavor, or will they lose them? Every jalapeño popper, that I've ever tried, lost it :( .
yummy n.n
+Briana Julisa Thank you Briana!
