Helpfull video, I definitely needed to remove the light, no way could I get the halo bulb in and out. For the full beam yes just unscrew the cap. 2005 550i. They don't make it easy though!
May be a good idea to test the light before putting it back together test it when you have plugged the wire in and its out the socket. Good video all the same 👍

jet0577 I tried to do it without removing the assembly, but it was a bit difficult, didn't want to damage the bulb, end up with tangled wires, etc. You can always try it, it may work for you.
My passenger side Angel eye needs to be replaced soon which I plan on doing very soon. In the meantime I keep getting this annoying RIGHT FRONT PARKING LIGHT MALFUNCTION message and chime in my I drive sceeen. How can I silence this annoying chime sounds in the meantime. There has to be a way to do this.

I did mines today but I didn’t have to remove the headlights I just put my hand and removed them it was really easy but I don’t like them one question is only two bulbs? Coz mine look like only the main halo lights up 🤨 😒 I pay $35 on amazon supposedly the best on the market and they don’t look too bright for me on the day they are 6000k 😌
I just want to replace my standard halo bulb with a new standard bulb as mine has blown can I do this without taking the headlight off I don't want led cheers.

Guaranteed he had hyperflash, too. I'm pretty sure the extra wire that came with it has a resistor.

So theirs 2 halos In each headlight so the one bulb on each side dose all 4 halos?
Why does it come with an extraset of wires? Mine did as well. I just wanna be sure before replacing my halo lights

They twist back in, they don’t just push in. I just changed mine to blue and they look WAAAAAAAY BETTER!!!!
