Just getting back into Warmaster, and your videos Iain are absolutely phenomenal! The level of detail and production quality are some of the best I've seen on a gaming channel. I love the music! Thank you so much for taking as much time as you obviously did to make these. I wish you had done a part 4 to your campaign narrative. I wanted to see Ar'Kelly and Ar'Kevin take on the next challenger.
Our group decided to give warmaster a go. Binge watching these while I'm waiting for my army to arrive. (Impatiently waiting for the Wood elf video ;) )
@@wraithface4410 Wood elves, we bought the forest dragon files, we can print pretty much anything we want. I'll be going with dryads and treekin for baseline. Wild riders and hawk archers for chenanigans. :)
One of the funkier units the goblins had was fanatics. One gob hopped up on shrooms, given a silly oversized ball and chain, held secretly inside a normal goblin unit and shoved forward in the general direction of the enemy. This would be "out of scale for Warmaster. A single fanatic impact matters little against a regiment.
Goblin armies are good fun. In some editions and specialist games a pure goblin force is a joke army, like making a halfling army. The goblins in Oldhammer are a bit bigger than a 40k grot of today. Grots today have a role more closer to what a snotling had then. A goblin is sometimes closer to a human in size.
Thank you very much. Excellent video. I really liked the pictures with spiders and squigs. Can you please tell me where you found them or where they came from?

Wow thanks! I may just have to find another challenge for Ar'kevin this year.
Great video, helps to understand the game for person who is just starting to play warmaster. Can't wait for Wood Elves.
Glad to help!
Great work as always Iain. Thank you for featuring my toys... very kind!!
My pleasure
Down, down to goblin town! Classic music.

What's your army and what did you buy?

How did you like it all?

Thank you very much, i had great fun watching the video! A Gobbo army triggers my comedian and masochistic tendencies...
Ahh... eh.... lalalala. I heard only the music, now. x_x great video, but the music... lalalala. ^_^ hm. great choice, I think.
9:47 - Goblin King.
LOL
Love Your Videos and the insight. Please Do the Wood Elves next. Eager to know if they might be a good choice.
Best wishes.
I can’t find the big spider model anywhere…I found the original GW models for the spider riders, but the large one at 8:26 I can’t find…
It's the forest goblin spider from Warhammer fantasy with some conversions on top
Thank you very much. Excellent video. I really liked the pictures with spiders and squigs. Can you please tell me where you found them or where they came from?
Squigs are from polar fox miniatures, spiders are GW originals, plastic warhammer spiders for forest goblins at 28mm scale.
Wasn’t there a goblin list by Janners who won a tournament? Anyone got the list?
Who sells the spiders? Want to use one as a giant in my Orc army.
GW originals, they were the forest goblin spider rider mounts for warhammer
this army is sadly awful.
You bet i'd give them a go if they weren't. they really, really need command 8 heroes.
Giant painter name is Vesanen.. not Vasanen. Also in Instagram @figu_ukko
Great video by the way
Oops! I blame my fading eyesight.
