Oh, and the kuretake watercolours are pigment based but uses a different binding from western watercolours - it’s usually animal collagen and a mix of other binders as they’re meant for rice paper which is very different to western watercolour paper. Love the hair! I have to second the uni gold, however I wish the color was closer to the gelly roll gold. So if you have someone that really likes gold and gell pens I would get both lol 😂
My only criticism of the gold gel pens (and the white and silver) is that they run out so fast!! They're so pretty that I use them way too much and then have to buy new ones again. Each pen only lasts me a few months if I'm being really conservative with the ink.

OMG I have that exact pencil case in black 😂 It's perfect for traveling, especially if you want to take a bit more with you~ I personally carry my 12 pan Schmincke watercolor set in it and about 30 Copics~ Plus, that little pocket in the front is perfect to store some small sheets of paper~

Essence Superfine Waterproof Eyeliner Pen is literally the best drugstore felt tip eyeliner! It does dry out quickly but it’s so affordable...about 3 bucks from Ulta.

Hey Alice! Any advice on living with mental illness while trying to improve your artwork? I consider myself an artist because it comes really naturally for me but when I am really struggling with my mental health I just can’t improve on my art and sometimes I feel like I regress. It is really difficult to deal with because I want to get past this and I am doing everything I can to improve my mental health but it seems like I can just never improve on my art because my mental health holds me back.

They contacted Kuretake: "...at first Kuretake representatives assured us, that their products are cruelty free, they later chose to inform us, that, due to the langauge-barrier, they are not able to understand what cruelty-free means or what animal-testing is. Despite claiming to have a look into this matter, no more awnsers were recieved from Kuretake.." ---- We can guess what that means -.-

Microns are 100% copic-proof. I only use them and many others do it too.
They are cheaper than the Copic fineliners so I really do recommend them.

The Gansai Tambi watercolours do very well in lightfast tests I have seen, so I believe they are pigment based.
