Feeling Really awesome. After watching the video, tried it immediately on the small sardines which I got from the market and the technique is flawless. Thank you for a wonderful video.

We use knife to remove the scales and uses salt to clean it completely. Just rub the fish with salt it will help not just to clean but also remove the fishy smell. Also where we lives, we never debones the fish. We make curry, fry all with the bones intact.

and do you consume the bones as well or only flesh ?

Only flesh. Bones are required while making curries else the flesh will become loose and it will ll over the curry and it will be mess.

These have just become one of my favorite and healthiest fish to eat. They're a very oily fish chock-full of all the DHA/EPA goodness. Good video. Thnx

@boycottRAVENISE00 sardines are most often canned with all the bones --- they are semi-soft and totally okay to eat --- lots of calcium in that crunchy bite you got.
