I never get to actually comment on these, but I loved this episode so much. I was the second person to leave a review on Apple Podcasts. This episode gave me so much joy, especially the fact that you guys got to be a part of Kraken Week. The other people I have watched so far are Ginni Di and the Dungeon Dudes. I never get to actually watch these, because I prefer to listen whilst working on things. I can't wait to hear how you guys continue to grow!!!

Wow, that means so much! Thank you for the support, we truly are so grateful!
I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed the episode so much! It was such a fun episode to play and so much fun to be apart of Kraken Week! Being able to do something so big with other fellow creators is such an honor. We are glad that you stopped by on RUclips though, now you can attach our faces, to our voices. Haha! We do have a few things in the works that are similar to this episode, so make sure to keep yours eyes open for that! In the mean time though, do you have any fun one-shot ideas or game systems you would like us to try out in the future?

@@PG-DND I think Monster of the Week would be a fun one for you guys. One of the words in an action is an expletive, but it could easily be replaced with a different word.

That is a great idea! I actually recently ran my first game of Monster of the Week about a month or so ago and it was super fun! Neither me of any of my players had used the game system before, but it was super easy to get and a lot of fun. I think that would be a fun system to bring on the show and it makes for a perfect one-shot! We will have to try to add that to our schedule! And ya there is that one move you can do that wouldn't be up to our 'PG-DND Code', but I think it would be easy to find a replacement word for it. Haha! Thanks for the suggestion!

Awesome! I was super excited to see you hop on kraken week, and then this was better than I could have imagined! It's fun to see you play with a different system.
That was such a great episode, it definitely had me on my toes a bit... And the end!
I have never actually played call of Cthulhu, but one of my all time favorite experiences playing ttrpgs was an unplanned one-shot of the delta Green ttrpg. We set it in the 1910-20s for a cool feel, and didn't have character sheets or anything. We each had a piece of paper that we wrote down a few things we thought our characters would be good at, and from there the GM ran with us to discover the delightful world of Lovecraftian horror over a couple of hours. This episode reminded me quite a bit of that experience, albeit with a nautical theme.
Super fun, do you think you'll do more call of Cthulhu one-shots in future? For Halloween maybe? That said, I can't wait for more theros!

Thanks! We were very excited to have the opportunity to join other content creators in something like this! We can't wait to see what comes next!
I agree! The end was so good!
That sounds really fun! Sometimes those impromptu one-shots are the best! They can be really fun! Especially when you mix it with Lovecraftian Horror!
Actually, we have a little tradition of running a Halloween One-shot dinner party each year using the Call of Cthulhu system. We don't record them, but they are usually lots of fun! However, we do have a few things in the works right now using some different systems. Not to spoil anything too crazy but Connor has a 2-shot he will be GMing using the Alien RPG system. It should be really fun! I think that either Call of Cthulhu or Alien would be a really fun system to run a Halloween One-shot in. We will have to see what happens though, but that's a great idea! Thanks!

Every time Jefferson would ask, “do you touch the body in any way?” I was just like don’t ever touch any of these bodies because y’all are gonna turn into zombies or something!
Barnacles?…part of the crew part of the ship…
Ernest isn’t here to mess around!
Jefferson wanted to kill Bobby so bad! Oh my gosh he just wanted all of them dead! Crazy!!!
That was such a fun episode! Absolutely loved it!
One of my most recent rpg experiences was while camping at a lake and we sat around the fire and played as ourselves with whatever camping gear we had in real life. Mega creepy, super fun, and definitely nautical!

Haha it's so funny because it never even crossed my mind while we were playing not to touch the bodies! Haha!
That is exactly what I thought of too! Once he said barnacles I was like, "I've seen this before..." haha Such a cool visual though!
Ya, poor Bobby just had a target on him the whole time. Haha too bad Connor's dice were on fire! haha!
That sounds like a super fun experience! I really enjoy one-shots where you play as yourselves, it really makes things more realistic feeling! You must have a really cool DM to do that for you!

Fun episode! You can tell it was a British sub because it was yellow.
That was a super fun episode. The spooky aspect was very exciting! I loved all the different accents and it was pretty funny when everyone couldn’t keep their accent straight 😂

Haha! Except we do not want to all live on that submarine!
It was so hard to keep all our accents straight! I do think though that near the end we got a pretty good handle on them, but it was still a constant effort to not slip into someone else's accent. Haha
