I lived in SF for more than 30 years. I can honestly say that over those years the city was in steady decline but accelerated when Willie Brown became mayor, and Kamala was the DA. I have many things to say describing Kamala and her character which are all negative. But I will refrain and let people do their own research. I end this by saying...if you have a conscience and trully want a politician that is honest and good, do not support Kamala, Nancy Pelosi, nor Gavin Newsom.

As San Francisco resident for 35 years, I sadly saw the decay of this beautiful city, the homeless, crime and home/ business vacancy have increased by 3 times now. Also, sadly major stores like Macys, Target, Zara
and others are closing! I don’t understand the current administration is so busy funding wars rather than taking care of their own people.

Also, saying the war is why our country doesn’t have money is naive. The financial situation is so dire that every cent of discretionary spending, (military and non-military) is borrowed, alongside significant amounts of the non-discretionary spending. Simplistic solutions like “cut the military budget”, or “taxing the rich” are not nearly enough to solve the deficit.

My mom was born in the Marina District in 1925 and I was raised in the Bay Area, going to undergrad and grad school in SF. My memories of SF are a gem of a city -- beautiful, exciting, clean and full of promise. Then Newsom took over as Mayor which began the death spiral of one of the greatest cities in the world. Newsom becoming Governor and Harris' as AG was the nail in the coffin of SF (and California as well). My mom in Heaven is spared having to witness the betrayal and disgusting political "leadership" that's destroyed her favorite place on Earth. Now Newsom and Harris are failing-forward into the White House....there's no accountability for their continual failures...there is absolutely no limit to their hypocrisy.

I've lived in SF now for the past 15+ years and everything this rep stated is absolutely true. I try to avoid going anywhere near Market St, the Tenderloin and cringe seeing so many broken car windows. Many tourist are unfamiliar with the city crime and have their visits destroyed.
There is a union for homeless people in the Fisherman's Wharf area! Who do you think is funding and are we surprised more and more homeless people are coming here?
They have taken over several blocks in the downtown are. There are no police to address these tent towns! On rare occasions when they take action and have the homeless take down their tents, they just move one block and set up their tents again!

I was a native San Franciscan and I moved out in 1986 and would never move back. Politicians like Newsom, Harris, Pelosi, and London Breed have ruined San Francisco and California. The homelessness problem in the Civic Center area started to get worse in 1982 and mushroomed over the years. None of the past mayors did anything to address this. Breed is one of the worst mayors the city has ever had. California's infrastructure is crumbling and we have some of the highest taxes in the U.S. while the crime is out of hand. Last year Newsom had a 73 billion dollar surplus while this year is a 100 billion dollar deficit. We need a lot more transparency. These politicians have failed this state and should be held accountable!!! Thank you Kevin Kiley for the video.

I remember the day Mayer Mosconi and Harvey Milk, were shot to death by Dan White "The Twinkee Defense", that's when Feinstein got her start, down hill since then!
They had "rain bombs" that wiped out the surplus, according to Newsom.

As being a 55 year resident of San Francisco and the Bay, 100% correct. I hate it here but I can't leave (long story), I do own property here and as soon as I can I'm selling it all and Im out of here (already have 2 places in mind that I am moving to). If anyone is thinking of vacationing here, DON'T, you'll regret it. If you do visit, DO NOT stay in San Francisco, Stay outside SF like down the peninsula or Marin and leave your stuff in your hotel room (it'll be much safer there). It is a zoo at night in SF, you won't relax. People used to love coming here but not anymore. The politicians like Pelosi, Kum-on-ya, Boxer and Feinstein have all sold SF off and it is in complete chaos. Everything went out of business and there is nothing left to see here. If you do come to SF, don't make it your main stop, you can see all of what is left in 1 day. The coast and up north and down south is very beautiful though.

I can’t believe that American people are so tolerant to let Kamala in power? San Francisco was a beautiful city when I visited in 2017.
Five classmates and I visited SF from Missouri in summer of 1986, we enjoyed the authentic Chinese food in Chinatown and sightseeing, what a beautiful city. Before Covid, my democrat colleague (MA) revisited San Francisco, he couldn't believe what he saw and said, SF is a sxxx hole.
IF you move to wherever, please leave your lefties idealogies in CA. I live in Colorado which used to be a red state and we have seen a HUGE migration of Californian here in the last 10+ years which has turned this state from red to blue. these people despite running away from the stink that they created are still voting democratic and some of the issues this guy is talking about starting to surface here.
