It's really sad that the teams and also the fans expect these players to play through injuries, risking bigger injuries, otherwise they seem weak. I think very big part of it is the number of games per season. I mean, seriously, 82 is insane. In Europe, they usually play 2 games a week, one in the local league and one in the European league. It's not like they sit around and do nothing the rest of the time. They practice, so you actually build a better team because they bond, they learn to play better with each other, they practice different plays. This way, you get to the playoff with your best players able to play. Everyone wants to see a good playoff. A good playoff includes the best players in shape, not exhausted, not injured (mostly). The best of 7 is also insane to me. In Europe, we have the best of 5, which is enough in my mind. I know old timers will say, well, it's always been 82, and the players managed just fine, and I don't know what's different in this era, but it's just a fact.

Celtics haters are going to hate man
Facts. Rob said so himself. Also, he was out a lot during his last season, the team gave him the time to recover
Then he got traded when he was having his healthiest offseason and got injured playing for the Blazers, he's making it look like the Celtics sent him already injured to Portland
This attitude is why players do this. If they don't try to come back early you'd call them cowards.
Man, this video is so damn filled with assumptions that it barely feels like a Dylan video.
Well this thumbnail is different

I feel like the NBA needs to step in when it comes to teams playing players while they’re injured. It’s blatantly obvious that most organizations are so greedy that they don’t give a shit about players’ health and are willing to play them through injury if it means that it increases their chances of winning.
Take Tib's job. He can't keep doing this.
'Put yourself first, no matter what' It's to bad that 🔥🔥🔥 advice is going to fall on deaf ears.🤦
thibs never has an healthy team because he talks about some game 20 yrs ago where his team lost with a lead, so he keeps using that, every team has like 3 guys in the top 10 of mins...he doesnt listen
Okay but how is the player not getting any say on if they play or not when they know they're f*cked???
No I mean they don’t have to actually play, but it’s just like essentially an order. You don’t play, then you lose out of benefits and such from the team.
Not that it’s good, but it’s just not like forced labor
When players do that they get pretty bad abuse eg Kawhi at spurs or Ben Simmons in general.
Imagine if kawhi was fully healthy for the 2021 playoffs I genuinely think the clippers could of won the chip that year
