What? Are you mad? We don't live in the dark ages here! Freddy is fine with all the clothing choices she made! I live here in Dubai, and as a fellow Brit understand what is acceptable and what is not! If she were going to Saudi, things may be slightly different, but she's chosen to come to Dubai, where we are accepting and just as liberal as London these days!

As a fellow overpacker, I have never related to anything more than watching Freddy try to justify bringing 10 pairs of shoes😂 (but I agree that they were ALL so lovely, I don’t know how you’d choose between them!)

Freddy, your Natural fair skin, is so pretty. Fair skin is not a bad thing. I don’t get why pgeople with fair skin always say their skin is too light. Can you imagine if someone with deep DEEEP SKIN color said how much they hated their skin? It would make everyone clutch their pearls and say how gorgeous she is and how lovely she is. YOU ARE THAT LOVELY.
Freddy, make sure you have one outfit that's a bit more conservative if you're planning on going to more traditional areas of the city.
Freddie you need to bring knee length & longer skirts / dresses ….. I have been to Dubhai & certain things are not appropriate to wear …. Research it too x
@@deborahjohnson9825 not true.. I live in Dubai, and pretty much anything goes regarding Freddy's style! We are not as conservative here in Dubai as they are in AD ... her style is perfectly fine here, as although she will often have her legs out, she is more conservative on top, so it's a look that will work here! We are not in the Middle Ages here, and Dubai is very cosmopolitan ... just be respectful of Emirati culture (which she is naturally, being British, with style and elegance!). She will cause no offence here at all! I just hope she has an amazing time here! I feel she is already here, and probably having a great time, though next time, she can always message those of us that live here to get the inside scoop on where to stay, and what to do and where to visit ...off grid (read, non-tourist!) to take advantage of those Brits in the know that live here! Happy holiday Freddy... I hope you love visiting Dubai as much as I love living here! xxx

also can we appreciate how - don’t know if casual is the word here but let’s go with it - Freddy talks about her meals? as someone who’s still fighting with ed, it’s always worrying to see bloggers talk about food because sometimes they are just trying too much: ‘oh I will it clean today’, ‘I eat good food’, ‘i ate unhealthy today’ and all that, but Freddy doesn’t use words like that. it’s just ‘comfort food’ or I really liked the ‘small happiness in life’ moment (!) it might feel insignificant for some but it really shows how she’s being herself and not acting like some of the youtubers trying to show ‘perfect’ day or lifestyle. if we need to choose one thing to love Freddy for it would be her authenticity and honesty and humor! such a Queen 💕
You need to stop caring about what you hear or see other people eat, instead you should try to work on your own food plans, meals, etc. Why do you care about what other people eat? They are not you, what they eat doesn't go through your body...

its not a must, you wont get harassed or arrested, its just more respectable to keep your knees and shoulders covered.

Tropic skin care is really good , you should try the abc collection, they have a routine finder and it will tell you if you need sensitive or non sensitive products it’s amazing and it’s all natural ❤️

Freddy, I do like Zimmermann dresses - but I hope I will not upset you though - I think that even if Dubai is quite open culturally I would not go for such short dresses for a trip to the Emirates and the one with the "naked" back on top of the short hem is definitely showing too much for this region of the world....this is just my humble opinion, but I think one should consider the culture of the destination and respect that.....having said that, you look beautiful in the dresses. If it has to be one, that the 1st.
I was worried about the white open side and back strappy dress. Dubai has rules about no showing shoulders and knees.

hahaha....like shampoo and conditioner... so ubiquitous and yet most people i've encountered work that out first! trust you to focus on the more priority need for skin care that works for you. love your choices! i think it's great you're working out all the evening and dinner dressing in your luggage. my last trip i forgot to properly plan dinner dressing and had to scamble on location to fill in a gap!

duude I also look and feel the cuuuutest when I just woken up. My skin is perfect, my hair is luscious and curly on the ends too, my eyes and mouth are puffy and adorable and even my breath isn't so bad at all lol. Then all goes teeerribly wrong throughout the day. Rest does wonders to me, but then life kicks in and nothing in my body can deal with it at all and it bloody shows :P

I think the 2nd dress looks the best and is also the best one for Dubai. I know you're aware of this, but just remember that it is pretty conservative there, and even though they typically won't have a go at you for being a tourist in something a bit revealing, you will definitely feel self-conscious if you wear something that's not particularly modest. When I was there I wore things that I thought were modest but I still felt self-conscious.
