I really love how you showed insights into your daily work - especially the emails. It really helps me better understand the job of an influencer and I think it can also really help in proofing stereotypes wrong. Oh and you asking that one lady back about her expectations on future revenue and costs is very business of you - honestly, really polite but business at the same time. And also very motivating to see for my own work :)

To answer your question - yes lab diamonds are real, they're just made much quicker because the heat and force over millions of years which applied to carbon to make diamonds in the Earth is expedited. It's like boiling water on a fire vs leaving it out in the sun - both will make the water evaporate, but one is MUCH quicker. Not only that, they way to tell the difference between lab and 'natural' diamonds is that lab diamonds are closer to being perfect. 'Natural' diamonds are often contaminated with other minerals and have imperfections. So you're actually getting a more perfect diamond when you buy lab diamonds as well as not supporting war-lords and child labour and the destruction of local environments.

This was so good Freddy! I adored the more casual style, it was so relatable and your humility really shone through. Love your idea on how you can best support black businesses and love that you highlighted the importance of bridging the wealth inequality gap. This video was actually very interesting and entertaining to watch. I’ve realised how much work is put into influencers lives which I didn’t think of before.
P.S. You don't always have to be smiling and peppy. You are a real human with a full range of emotions and experiences. We are not just interested in two sides of you, one of my favorite vlogs is when you went to...was it NY? and your guy came and left early and you began to cry because you always do when he leaves (so you shared:) . It's what makes you relatable and your viewers love YOU, not just the smiling, peppy person, but all of you. Learning about all facets of what makes you, you will just give us more to love right? :)

I appreciate this so much, it is so easy for viewers, especially young children, to think oh being a RUclips is so nice and easy and this shows otherwise, it is work and if you want to be successful and have it become your livelihood it means hard work and dedication, beautiful content does not just magically come to be.

For all those that think you wake up to 24 hr parcel delivery, lunches, flower delivery and randomly jabbering your video demonstrates more work goes into what you do. It takes time for a brand to want to work with you let alone pay you to work with them.

Hey Freddy! I found your channel a couple of days ago and have been bingeing on your content pretty much constantly ever since! I have to say, most of your content is fashion-based and since I'm not huge on style, I figured your channel would just be a bit of escapist rose-gold fun. This video however, was really refreshing for me to watch. I love how you get real with your audience, I love that you talk about your actual day. Everyone says RUclips isn't a real career, but you're literally doing 3-4 people's worth of work (a make-up artist on set, the market research, the background lighting, the communications and PR, not to mention being in front of the camera, whew) and I just thought I'd drop some appreciation your way.
I do hope we get to see more videos like this one though, I love getting to know more about the RUclipsr's daily lives, schedules, personalities, etc., and I do think it helps in channel growth as well, simply because people do get invested in your story, and you do seem like a cool person to know and interact with. Love your contribution to buying from Black-owned businesses for a video, and definitely hope to see more of these in the future!

Hi Freddy - I work a corporate job and spend a lot of time on my laptop too. Just wanted to give a small suggestion - please make a work station or a bed desk so that your laptop is at your face level. If not, it can lead to terrible shoulder and neck pains. I think this is the first thing I've ever seen that made me feel that it's okay that I can't function in the mornings but work really late at night - something I've always felt guilty about and have been made to feel lazy or undisciplined for, which this video VERY clearly shows is not the case.
I love this! I think I started following you last year(?) but I've really fallen in love with your channel recently. I really enjoyed your video on the Black Owned Businesses, I appreciate the curated list you came up with and it was clear that it was genuine and from your heart. I love that you showed examples of the emails you receive and your media kit in this video. I've seen soooo many "A day in my life" videos from RUclipsrs/Influencers who just gloss over this, it was so interesting to get a detailed look at what those tasks actually look like for someone working in social media.
Love what you're doing with black owned businesses! Can't wait to see the video. You may already know this but just in case I wanted to share. Please have grace with those businesses. As you're probably learning now sometimes black people face more challenges when trying to accomplish the same thing as non poc so keep that in mind when it comes to things like production and shipping time. A lot of times these business owners are doing everything themselves or are working from a disadvantaged position so sometimes it takes a little longer

Thank you for not only addressing the BLM movement and the ongoing issues but also doing something about it and making it fit your channel. It's obvious you're doing the work and educating and bettering yourself and that is nice to see. There are many influencers who are either choosing not to post anything right now or are posting like usual without addressing the issues at all which is so detrimental and privileged.
