Anyone here naturally live this way fine tuning as you progressed through life, then you find out about stoicism and realized this is and has been a whole way of life before you ever knew it ? Just guided by your inner voice and heart.

We never know how long our lives are set to be, so we all have to learn how to enjoy every second of it and not wasting it in bad energies and emotions. Saying this from my personal experience, lost my fiance last year and that devastated me entirely, now I'm learning again how to be happy despite what happened and how to enjoy life again.

I have to listen everyday to stay on a even keel and I’v been doing recovery for a very long time. I put my mobile home up for sale and it’s not selling( as fast as I think it should!) LOL so….
