Very good explanation and detailed tutorial for this move. Been thru so many on the other channels and i think i may just be able to pull it off based on one pointer that you gave which no one else addressed and it’s the direction of the fingers. Thank you, if i nail it l’ll let u know!
@@desconfiadocapoeira6054 indeed the problem i use to have with gumbis is where to spot and because of this i couldn't get the arch down then it hit me i gumbi to the right so what i did to fix it was to spot to my left side and stare at the ground until i finish the move and when i recorded it i was pleased with the outcome

Very good tutorial i can actually spot how the tricker and capoeira gumbi are so similar but the technique to perform it is slightly different
