I come from almost 8 years of bulletjournaling in a Leuchtturm to the Hobonichi side and I am stoked! Going to be a mom of 2 next year and I feel that this system is going to help me stay on top of everything in an easier way. I notice I don’t have the energy to do my own set ups right now and the Cousin looks like a dream with everything I look for right now. Was going back and forth between Cousin & Techo, but I think I prefer to have everything in one place. Thanks for the video! I liked the walkthrough and some of the ideas you gave us.

Use removable glue dots for stickers and other things. They are fantastic. Get the 3 pack with temp, permanent and poster.

This is why I don't have any tattoos except a dot from accidentally stabbing myself with a fountain pen years ago.
So many good ideas!! I looooove using the year at a glance as a journal index idea!!! I love journaling in the hobonichi! I have a hobonichi for a journal and will be using a different one for a work planner. Ohhhh and those clear post it’s 🤩

You could track the weights you use during your workout. Like the size of dumbbells you choose etc. I love how you define a no spend day. Great video! Thanks

I'm so glad! I went into 2023 never using a Hobonichi so I really had no idea what will be useful. It’s a learning process and I fully expect that in July I will make more changes. Thanks for watching!!
@@heidisplanning 2023 was my first year in Hobonichi too! And it def is a learning process and I still feel like I have a long way to go haha. And there’s so much inspo online too, so lots of trial and error!
16:41 you could in the sidebar number the days of the month down and then in the next column add your dot/symbol for no spend. And/or track the temp there so you can see the trends better. Then your day boxes can be more functional and less cluttered to see events/appts/anniversaries/bills due type things. Make it cleaner and use the side bar too. And I think it’s easier to see trends that way.

I’m still deciding if I’m going to get the full year or Avec. I love a chunky monkey planner/journal, but I started in April and it’s already huge!😊
I like the look for a chunky planner but it has gotten frustrating writing in it now. I am curious if I am going to like the Avec better in 2024.

I love this video! Such a great set-up. May I ask where you got your clear sticker boxes? I have similar but they are wearing out so they need replacement 🥰
I got them from Temu but I wouldn’t recommend buying from them because about a month after buying from them, my card had some fraudulent charges posted. Luckily it was very small amounts and my bank flagged my card after they hit and I got my money back that day. Live and learn….thanks for watching!
