  • 🌻ISTPs are easy-going and straightforward, they take life as it comes. ISTPs are positive and grounded people, and they have the ability to look at things objectively. People with an ISTP personality type see little point in over-thinking or worrying about situations that can't be changed. ISTPs rarely get stressed out, preferring to go with the flow.
🌻ENFJs are definitely generous people, they will do whatever it takes to see others happy. ENFJs derive happiness and personal satisfaction out of this altruistic behavior. They don't give up just because unexpected difficulties arise. ENFJs are warmhearted and don't hesitate to show affection and admiration for others. These personality types put the needs of others before their own, and when someone needs help, they are sure to be there.

my husband got my attention with food as well. I was too sick to cook an I was thinking of getting some take-out delivered and he just showed up at my door with my fave food that didn't do delivery, but you could still order it boxed.
    I'm ISTJ he's INFJ.
Edit: he lived in a neighboring city, 20 km away.

This vid did take me by surprise. 😂 I have had similar experiences before, but the Istp has always been colder than what is seen here. 🥲 Edit: "The Istp" here is solely the ones I have met before, not bundling all the Istp's together.

Yeah a lot of time they're focused on not looking weak. So, that means that they feel the need to be aggressive. They don't understand the difference between assertive and aggressive.

But, this kind of stuff makes me think that this whole MBT thing is bullshit, and we're just categorizing people based on the flaws and challenges that they face. Like, some people understand the difference between assertive and aggressive because they didn't have an abusive father growing up. Whereas other people understand that difference because they weren't made to think that they're supposed to be jerks. Like, being a jerk isn't a personality type. It's just a complex that some people have to overcome.

Well, it is all about what we have been molded into, what we have grown up to be and our other unique sets of experiences. The test is taken to find out in what way do we perceive and process data naturally, as in by ourselves, but our sets of circumstances both have a say in who we are and also kinda prevent us from fully being ourselves. Something that we would normally do can be kept in check by something we had been previously taught. Apart from that, it is indeed an unhealthy kind of perception to not be able to discern the difference being weak and not being aggressive. It is less type related and more about the underlying issues of the person doing that. Types do not completely define who we are, after all; it can show(to some extent) what kind of person we can be when we are mentally and emotionally healthy/unhealthy though, but it is again just another set of unique circumstances in our lives. Also, I thank you for sparing some of your time to reply to my comment. 💚 I still wish that some Istp people were less inclined to mistake being kind and open for being weak, though.

ISTPs aren't all cold. That's just one angle of them. They have a droll sense of humor too-as seen here

@@micahknoche8501 Just making sure that there is no miscommunication, you know that I am talking about only some of them, right? I must have specified it as some of them. Istp's do be peculiar for real, though...definitely not everyone's type, but then, who is perfect for everyone anyway, right? =u="
